I am very happy with the doctors and staff at this clinic. It is a teaching clinic, so, there are students that may get involved hands on or watch what is being done with the patient. Dr. Shah and Dr. Le are two of the doctors I am dealing with, and I have been very happy with both. Dr. Shah has a very good "bedside manner", meaning he takes time to listen to me and explain whatever Labs, procedures, etc, he is doing. Dr. Le has a very bright, upbeat personality, and she is very proactive with helping me to reach my diabetes goals. I'm a stubborn patient and picky, and like efficiency and openess when discussing my health with my doctors. I have been very pleased that my doctors provide both!
As for the nursing staff, such as Jennifer, I have found them to have great attitudes and are good at doing the things they do.
Lastly, I have seen review comments that this clinic's staff treat minorities poorly. I 100% DISAGREE with that. I have neither seen nor witnessed any of that, at all. Heck, the staff and doctors are of many races, so that would make zero sense that there were any problems with race. I would highly recommend this clinic to all!

I have been coming to this clinic for quite sometime now. It is a teaching clinic so I have had a number of different resident Drs all which have been very kind and very understanding of my situation. Today I say goodbye and good luck to yet another resident turning Dr. Bless this group and all who are part of it. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this clinic and all of the staff that keep it running. They take the time to listen and work with Mom who needs extra attention being a geriatric patient

The staff are mostly friendly unless you loose your cool. I saw a lady loose her cool and as expected one staff members struggled to stay cheerful. The young woman doing labs the day I came was super nice. As far wait times it’s a gamble but likely plan to wait a long time like most doctors offices especially ones who take state insurances. I would say I had a good experience. The resident I saw was Dr. M

We will not be coming here again. The doctor my spouse is seeing is nice enough but they absolutely refuse to fill out paperwork of any kind. She's clearly being hamstrung by her superiors and we are being treated as liars for no reason. It's unfortunate because we've been going to this clinic for going on six years now. You'd think we could get two pieces of paper filled out for how much money we paid them.

My daughter has medical issues as in Mayo Clinic patient. We thought this clinic might be thorough and knowledgeable. It has shown not to be so. They refuse to fill out paper work she needs for a reduced rate for her drug, and they refuse to prescribe this med that she has to have. It is ridiculous! I am so frustrated! We have had to reach out to Mayo Clinic to get help, which is not their responsibility. We will be searching for a new doctor.

Their desk Receptionist DeDe does not need to continue working there. There has been a multitude of complaints on her and this office and she is still there. When you call she ask as if she transfers you but places e you on hold for 20+ Minutes until you hang up and have to call back then she doesn’t answer. She has not phone skills not front desk skills. She is always rude to minorities including myself , but when I wait in the lobby and see her interact with non minorities (white individual) she is happy and perky . She acts as if we are a bothersome to her. They need to get rid of her because she will be a complete liability . She would not help be locate basic information such as an address to my referral appointment and I had to drive all the way there just to get an adress because she kept playing with the phone . She is beyond rude . Next I will be going to corporate on her and if I have to go to the board I will. I will not be treated like this based on the color of my skin !

This is one of the worst clinics that I've been to. They told me I might have fractured my ankle and tore a ligament in my knee. Took a week to get the x-rays scheduled. X-rated both ankles instead of a knee and ankle. Never called in my prescriptions. Kept calling nurse about the meds and they kept calling back leaving messages about refills on scripts that were never submitted. When I called the after hours line they said there was no one they could page about it and speak to a doctor on Monday.... to start this vicious cycle again! If you have private insurance and don't have to go here, I wouldn't!!

I've been chasing FMLA paperwork for months now. I went in to get a scrip that has worked for me in the past, only to be told that a psych was the only one who could fill it. Psych had no idea what I was talking about and ghosted me on my next telehealth visit. Do yourself a favor and go see a real doctor first.
