The meat counter is like a mini butcher shop, and I love the cheese bunker. The deli serves Chinese and American comfort foods. You can get sushi here as well as fried chicken and get a sandwich made with cold cuts.

The lady at customer service was more than helpful. She probably deserves a $5 raise.
It would be good money spent.

We decided to order flowers for our dads funeral from Dillons after the kindness we received from previous orders. Not only did they make beautiful arrangements but they also helped us save money to make the Urn arrangement ourselves. (This was so much more meaningful). Thank you for being so wonderful during this difficult time in our lives.

I’ve been shopping at the Andover store for almost 20 years and have not ever been so impressed by an employee as i am with Diana. Her great customer service skills are the best. She treats you like family and that she genuinely loves her job. Her warm welcoming smile and conversation while checking my groceries is so welcome. It truly makes me glad i won’t shop anywhere else, and i have not felt that always there. Great job of finding Diana.

I absolutely love this store. It darn near has every food product I shop for and then some extra's. Special's, gas points, helpful butchers and my list could go on. They have meaty frog legs on sale at $8.99 a pound. I bought 5 lbs.

Clean place and friendly customer service, I feel like bit pricy compared to other Dillon stores

Surprisingly, they sell clothes in this grocery store. I got two cool Star Wars shirts for $10. Oh, and groceries at a reasonable price.

Clean store and shopping was a breeze. Used the app for great prices.

I went to Dillons Andover to get lunch. Did you know guys that you can go to Dillons seafood place and choose a piece of Salmon and they'll cook (bake) it for you.. you can choose spices like lemon pepper, Cajun and 2 other spices available.. the 2 I've mentioned are my favorite.. its delicious, affordable and healthy.. it takes 15 minutes but it worth the wait... I love it. Thank you Dillons.

I went in today two days before thanksgiving. It was super busy but Dwight who appeared to be filling the online orders and Brent who appeared to work at the fresh meat section both took time out of what they were doing to look in the back for a frozen turkey for me. I am 8 months pregnant and just really appreciated the extra effort they both put in. Also Bailey & Ashley and the third barista in the Starbucks were super sweet as well.

I quit going to Dillon's at Harry & Webb because they only ever have 1 checker & sometimes 0. I end up having to bag my own groceries too when I do use the cashier. Often I self check & it's because they are so under staffed.

THAT'S WHY I COME HERE. PLENTY OF STAFF TO HELP. THANK YOU. ALSO LOTS MORE GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS. MUCH APPRECIATED. LOVE THE CLOTHING AREA AS WELL. YOU ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED & I'M IN & OUT IN 15 MINUTES. (Harry & Webb takes 30-45 minutes). WORTH THE DRIVE.

Most of the employees go beyond expectations when it comes to serving your needs and being very kind. I felt welcomed and felt comfortable strolling around the store for almost half an hour, and was delighted to find the samples offered around the deli section. I got a Dillon's card that I'm going to register with because it will save a few bucks; I intend to be a loyal customer from now on!

The sushi is really good here. Plus lots of great deals on your groceries with the Dillons card and app.

I was impressed. Staff is friendly and courteous. Large selections, clean and fresh. Prices after very reasonable on most of the items. Wife selection of both produce and merchandise items. Parking lot is maintained, does not have buggy's left all over which is a plus for your vehicle. Overall I recommend this Dillon's in Andover.

My buddy and I grab lunch there probably 3 times a week if not more. Shout out to the staff in the bistro department. They're always super friendly and willing to help. The food is always super tasty. Also wanna give a shout to Phyllis the deportment manager as well. We are in there so often they know us on 1st name basics.

I love this Dillons. The clicklist is great and the service in store is great in every department. I have been shopping there for years and have yet to have a bad experience.
One time my 5 year old was walking and spilled the hot coco she just got and was so embarrassed and was crying. And a manger was so sweet and got her a new one and made her feel better.

Today I was worried because I was running low on one of my two prescriptions that I have to take, and unfortunately my doctors office would not open back up until Monday for me to request a refill on my heart medicine. But luckily my local Dillon's pharmacy had me covered, and had both of my prescriptions filled for me. They saved my rear end and probably didn't even know they did, they were just doing the great job they always do. With my crazy sleep condition maybe I have signed up for auto-fill and didn't remember?? So I started thinking...they have done this great job, for at least the 10 plus years I have been living in Andover and going to the Andover Dillon's. So I called the pharmacy and they patched me through to Tony the store manager and I talked to him directly. He was a nice guy and was thankful for the good feedback. And I told him that I am thankful for the excellent job the Andover Dillon's pharmacy does. But I also told Tony, its not just the great pharmacy its the entire store. The meat and seafood departments, the produce department, the dairy department, and for a hungry guy like me who loves to eat the great deli and bakery departments. The people in grocery also do a good job, not only keeping things stocked but setting up good displays on various products.

The Andover Dillon's is a fantastic store, from pharmacy all through every department, and the staff are great too. Keep up the good work guys, on a excellent store.

This Dillons has short checkout lines, and the customer service is very good. If you go early in the morning, around 10 AM, there are some great "woo hoo" deals, and other discounted prices on meat and other products. My favorite part of the store is the sales rack in the beauty section which has many items at deep discounts.
