Extremely helpful associate, very attentive, and asking the right questions for my aching feet. Even returned one pair of shoes the next day just because I didn’t like the color. Many shoe stores will not do that. Just extremely pleasant shopping experience

Courteous and helpful staff. My first choice of shoes didn’t work. However the staff made the return/exchange process simple and easy. The On Cloud shoes are a game changer for anyone on their feet most of the day!

Staff is always very helpful and I feel comfortable trying new items with the 60 day return policy. I've never had to use it, but I like knowing that's an option. They also have a great rewards program earning me money towards my next purchase!

I love these guys. They're really knowledgeable in what shoes works for what type of foot/runner/running goal. Josh helped out today. I love that they have my previous purchases and foot scan in their system. Just a great place. I'll definitely be back.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to check this place out. They measure out your feet to see if your high arched. They were super nice and helpful and have a wide variety of shoes.

The young woman who helped me was knowledgeable about the shoes in the store’s inventory. She knew which shoes were best for my foot and my needs.

I love going in here. They have special tools to measure your feet and the pressure points of your feet so they can get the best possible accuracy to fit you in the right pair of shoes for your feet.

I've never been to a shoe store like Fleet Feet! I didn't even know shoe stores had foot scans to help you find shoes particular to you! I haven't had such wonderful customer service like this store before, especially the woman who assisted me. Mahtee did such a wonderful job helping me find a pair of shoes. :)

Fantastic customer service at Fleet Feet. I tried to make HOKA's work because of the looks and allure of them and they just didn't, though I can see why people like them. A nice lady took a scan of my feet. Described the process. Walked me through what it means and brought out a few options. She let me try and at no point felt pressured and I landed in some great Fresh Foam New Balances that I love. Fleet Feet returned the 2x worn Hoka's no questions asked and sent me on my way with a new, more personalized pair. Great experience.

Knowledgeable staff really helped me with enough information to make a decision between two totally different shoes… and I’m extremely satisfied with the choice.

Nice store, not too large, but still seems to have a good selection of shoes overall. Seemed like they would work with customers if they wanted something ordered in or needed something special. Friendly staff. Plan on shopping there again when I need another pair of shoes. Nice that the store gives credit towards another purchase when buying from them; I'm sure that helps keep people interested in coming back as well.

I really enjoyed coming here! I loved that they can measure so many different aspects of your foot to find the perfect shoe! Plus, someone was there helping me find the shoe, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed with my foot size results and all these shoes to choose from!

I went in without a fitting appointment. The staff got me right in. The process was easy and informative and the staff answered my questions and taught me what my foot needed and explained the difference in the shoes she hand selected for me to try. I left feeling confident that I had shoes just right for me.
