Overall, a great customer experience. I found the couch I loved within 10 minutes after spending considerable time at other furniture stores.

Pros: Knowledgable staff, notable quality over competitors, fair prices, makes it simple.

Cons: No real cons. 3/5 prices, just no haggling which I usually enjoy doing.

Would recommend to others, especially if you’re particular in taste.

The service at Bob Mills is exceptional. We were immediately greeted very politely and professionally and assisted by our very knowledgeable salesman who assisted us throughout our visit. He answered our every question and we eventually purchased a complete living room set under his very professional guidance. We were 100% satisfied with our visit to the Wichita store!

Had a great experience here while shopping for living room furniture and a new bed. Our salesman Preshawn was very informative and attentive without being pushy. He helped us find the bed we needed at another store because we couldn't wait and even helped us get a discount because of the situation we were in. The manager took very good care of us as well. All in all a great experience.

The manager, Scott, was great to work with and their finance person was so helpful. Scott wasn't the typical pushy salesman, he answered question and then gave me plenty of time to think about what I really wanted and wanted to do about my purchase. I recommend going in to see Scott if you are looking to purchase new furniture!

If you want a great furniture buying experience- go to Bob Mills. Daisy helped me so much - from the moment I walked in the door she helped me put the pieces together I needed. The products at this store seems to be a higher tier quality then the stores around them, and spending money on furniture isn’t something I want to do often so I like my furniture to last. Quality is important. Daisy helped me find the pieces I wanted in my design needs, and she customized around my budget. Great job Daisy and Bob Mills.

Brayden is the best salesman to work with! I wouldn’t choose to work with anybody else. His hospitality was A+ and his knowledge of furniture was unbeatable! He found us exactly what we were looking for to put into our home, and I look forward to coming back and buying more from him!

Braden was very friendly and informative. He tested my husband for a mattress and then had him try out some mattresses. Never pushy, gave us plenty of time to think It over. I went back 2 days later and bought the first mattress he showed us. We are eager to have it delivered.

Daisy helped us choose a new bed. She was super knowledgeable about each of the beds, what they are filled with, where they come from etc. it was impressive. She let us be while we discussed and didn't hover which is so nice! Then, while we made a decision, we sat in the massage chairs and she let us be again to decide. So, the place was nice and clean with good options, but the saleswoman made all the difference in the fact that we bought a bed. Thanks Daisy! Can't wait for it to arrive in 2 days!

The employee Sean ,that helped us out was amazing. He had lots of patient and handle himself well .He took care of as well. The store was very clean. The employees were very friendly. We enjoy spending a little time there with your team members. I would recommend the store to someone else gave you all , a five star. *****

We were greeted athe the door by Nicholas who took the time to listen and show us the store layout. We were never pressured and given the room to look and discuss things freely. Getting financed was extremely simple and the the store manager, Scott, was exceptional at getting our discounts and costs aligned with our budget. Any future furniture purchases will be done here, especially with Nicholas and Scott.

Went to three different stores before walking into Bob Mills. The service was spot on. The furniture is top notch. Best place I have been in Wichita. Bought a bed recliner and table. Going back today for a second recliner. Thank you Brayden Rupp for excellent service.

Great place. Very friendly. A new high tech experience for us in picking out just the right mattress. Our salesman Kim worked really hard to get us the deal that was right for us. I'd recommend Kim & Bob Mills to everyone! Thank you!

All employees were very polite, joyous, helpful, courteous, and kind. We looked at a lot of recliners and Kim was very understanding and gave us important information about all the recliners we tried out. Keep training all you future employees this way. We went into Bob Mills to look at a sectional we found on the website, and were pleasantly surprised to find some other pieces we had also been needing. The staff were incredibly helpful, and we ended up with the sectional we came in to see, a recliner, and a new mattress, and we ended up paying a lot less than we were expecting. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Almost perfect..we were supposed to get 5% off first purchase. I am waiting to see if it gets credited soon. Other than that..it was a great experience. We will be back for more furniture in the future.

We had wonderful customer service and they really took the time to work with us to be sure we got exactly what you want. Our salesman was Moose and I recommend him for his personality and skills in this line of work. He knew his job and could answer any questions on the spot. Plus he had lots of patience for us since we took several hours and a return trip to decide.

Looked all over for just the right set and found it immediately here. Shawn helped us and he was very presentable, he was also very knowledgeable about the set we bought. We came in not long before closing time but he took his time and got us taken care of quickly. They delivered out furniture to El Dorado and got it set up quickly. We're very satisfied with our choice.
