AT&T Store

just had a fabulous time at the store! They couldn't have been more helpful! Nathan and Cassie are fantastic. I highly recommend coming to this branch. Go AT&T!

I had to switch a work phone over to my personal line. Nathan made the process very quick and seamless. I had a great experience and his customer service was top notch! Thank you, Nathan!

I want to let you guys know that when I think of Great Customer Service, I think of Nathan! I came in Sunday, to upgrade my phone, he was so kind, and ready to help! He made it easy, he took his time, and my experience was wonderful! I came back the next day to get my Mom a phone, and my husband a phone as well! I have been a customer with you since 1993, so I have seen it all, and when it comes to Customer Service you need to have Nathan training new employees on how it's done, and give him a raise as well! Rock Road, Rocks!!

The store rep was on it! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and we were in and out in about 30 minutes or less. It was awesome! I was worried it was going to be a hassle but it was hassle free. Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable.

Jared took care of a very complicated situation for me today at the North Rock Road store here in Wichita. He did research online, consulted with his manager, and even called my pre-existing service to make sure no stone was left unturned. And, he did it all very professionally and patiently. At the end, I left with far more services and discounts than I even dreamed possible.

In short, he deserves accomodations, if not a raise! He is a great asset to AT&T, and is an example of why I have stayed with AT&T for seven years!

Jared helped me were 2 other stores and customer service couldn't, Jared calmed me down and let me know he could help me
Jared was able to get me a replacement Uverse box AND a Technician to come install it

Jarred was able to help me out and made the process of upgrading super easy, fast, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor which is nice when you have soical anxiety. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

Jared was outstanding in helping my wife and purchase her iPhone and merge accounts. Highly recommend Jared at this location!

Very low key sales tactics, polite and knowledgable. Ive been to other att stores in wichita area that had very pushy sales tactics, straight up lieing about plan discounts, and not very knowledgable about the products or plans and reffered to "look it up" online for details. This group is very respectful and walked me through all the options quickly and efficiently. Was in and out in ten minutes with the best deal possible on the right phone and plan for me. Deffinetly worth the travel. Hopefully they continue their trend with future hires and training before setting em loose in the public😁.

Worked with Jared, at the Wichita Kansas, Rock Road location. He was very helpful and took care of our many family needs. He is someone I would seek out next time we need assistance at AT&T. Recommended.

Switched our wireless plan from Verizon. Chez was our rep. She was very easy to work with, guiding us through the switch, and helped us with our first bill. Highly recommend asking for her when you do business with this location.

I was literally at my wits end from being on the phone with AT&T for over a year and a half trying to fix my home phone. I was told finally told to go to a store and get a new SIM card. I was so so so frustrated. I asked to speak with a manager and got Cassie. She was sent by God to help me resolve my problem, and that she did. I could cry tears of joy. It is such a weight lifted off my shoulders as I continue to care for my elderly mother. Cassie has restored my faith in AT&T! Thank you Lord!!!

I did a survey and mistakenly left a 1! Jarod was simply amazing, please change to 15, I know it only goes to 5, he deserves a 15! I will always use the store on N. Rock Rd.

After months of frustration trying to unlock a phone, I think Juan might have finally gotten thru to the right person who will ACTUALLY unlock the completely paid for, never should have been locked device. This store gave great service!

Jared helped me and he was absolutely awesome! He did everything he could to get me the best deal and help me have a wonderful experience! There's not one thing I would change and I would 10/10 recommend working with Jared!

Andrew knew what he was doing and helped us out tremendously. He also went through all the trouble of calculating all the the offered plans for all 4 lines to get the the best price available. We upgraded to an unlimited plan and are going to be paying less monthly which is incredible. It’s nice to know that the salesmen at this store treat existing customers just as well as they treat new customers. This is the only AT&T store that I’ve had a good experience at.

Chris and Nick were great! I would never have been able to set up my new phone without them. They were very patient with “lose” passwords and helping me to reset the passwords I needed and transfer to data from old phone to new one. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

The lady greeted us immediately when we walked in to the store and we were out of there within 15 minutes with a new phone, numbers switched, and new service! She was very smart and very fast and knew exactly what to do.

Cassie and Juan were amazing. After 3 hours of call center tech support FAILING, Juan figured it out it was the click of a button.

I had multiple calls to multiple people at various tech support tiers. None of them could fix it. Infact, they told me to call the equipment manufacturers at the end. Juan finally figured it out. Call center -10. This store +10.

P.s. store manager had been there since 7am and personally stayed late to help me.
