The best large home improvement store close to McConnell Air Force Base, just east into the shopping area of Kellogg and Greenwich with the Walmart. Great looking store with helpful staff and customer service right at the entrance. Good prices are here, as well as better quality and variety of home products, making it a far superior stop over the Walmart next to it.

The general manager Lance is AMAZING! He was so nice and helpful when we had an issue with a gift card! Best customer service we’ve ever had at a home improvement store!!

I got an amazing deal when my heater went out in my apartment!! The associates went above and beyond to help me have heat that day!! Those people are amazing!! Definitely go shop there!!

Great! (This rest of this is edited) I do a lot of business here, I'm a general contractor in Wichita. Staff is always right there to help, pro desk is always friendly. Checkout staff is mostly cool headed but still greet with a smile. Now only thing is is beyond you but just like everywhere else keeping the shelves stocked can be frustrating.

Adam and Ryan in the outdoor/grilling department were very professional and helpful. I had a question about an online discount for a pellet grill/smoker. They didn’t have that specific model in stock, so they price matched me with a grill from the same manufacturer, but a couple models up. I ended up getting an even better deal than I left home for. I felt like they were willing to overlook a small detail, such as the model specific call-out on the sale coupon, and instead thought about the long term customer they turned me into. Bravo guys, and thank you!

Matt J. was very helpful got me what I needed. I got worried when I didn't see the flooring I needed on the sales floor but he assured me that it it was in stock and retrieved it from the overhead stock with a great attitude!

I’m in the process of remodeling my kitchen and went to Lowe’s for my appliances.
The staff was fabulous as I did not make it easy for them.
First off, I went in the next day changed my order to black appliances.
Later the delivery guy advised I would not be happy with my original refrigerator as the handles would stick out too far. So he returned it still in the box. He told me the parameters I needed for a fridge. I took his advice.
A couple days later I selected a new fridge that’s perfect for my small kitchen. It got delivered yesterday! I’m very grateful for his advice. It definitely did make a difference in my satisfaction with my purchases.
In addition, absolutely everyone treated me with respect as we sorted everything out from the reimbursements to the replacements. It got a little complicated. In the end I got my beautiful , fully functioning appliances and Lowe’s delivered them with a smile through the whole process. Enjoyable.

Let's just say it's Lowes.. awesome!! Never standing around asking for help. They choose to either help or get someone over immediately that does know the product or job

I went to Lowe’s for wood for a craft project. Morgan helped me load it all onto my flat bed, offered to cut it all and then loaded it into my car. Excellent customer service!!

Love on the self checkout you can put all your cash in at once instead of one bill at a time. Very cool.

Needed help in Plumbing, Zack was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Even when we did not know exactly how to express our need. Zack figured it out, offered solution, help us find the correct tools and our faucet is now on good working order.

Man, oh man! Was I in a dither!
I needed tough, durable cardboard boxes and I knew of only one place to grab them near 10 o’clock on a holiday weekend.

Lowe’s really is the place! For me, on this trip, it was for moving boxes I needed to ship via Greyhound from Wichita, Kansas, to Dallas, Texas.

Needless to say, the boxes held up perfectly, including the months that they were lost and stacked in a shipping warehouse. The bus line tracked down my boxes and they were perfect: no tears, or crushed edges.

And that experience typifies what Lowe’s offers: the stock that contractors count upon, and the project inventory for weekend home-improvement warriors. Tools of every grade and for every level of usability.

Storage systems; cleaning supplies; appliances; organizers; cabinetry; lawn and garden products and patio furniture; rugs and carpets; lawn tools and tractors; and plumbing from for the guts of systems to a broad variety of gorgeous sinks, commodes, walk-in showers; to name key sections.

There are helpful specialists and sometimes one has to wait for a subject-matter expert to answer a page. But those whom I’ve worked with are respectful and know their stuff. And they take time to answer questions, and give you their name for the next time you drop by for help.

Lowe's has some pretty good options for home improvement. They are also offering water testing for those who are ok with opt-in marketing.

Lowes always has friendly staff that want to help you find what you are looking for. Their app is beneficial, however, at Lowes the people that work here really make the difference.

I am really happy that Lowes is carrying Craftsman tools, and they have such great prices on them too!
