Kohl's

I had returns the last 2 times I went and they were very fast! We made a purchase while we were there. The line was long since it was December with holiday shoppers, but Kohl's has streamlined their checkout process and it went really fast. I like the changes.

I live 2 hours away, when I was doing my holiday shopping for my pet I seen kohls. When I when into the store the first person I seen was a male associate. He smiled at me and made me feel welcome. He asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him I was shopping for grandkids. He told me if I wanted any help just let him know. At that point I felt better about the amount of gifts I was looking for. After finding everything I needed the cashier smiled and extended a welcoming attitude. I will be back.

A lot about this store has changed, and it is good. The checkout out flows better, and even though there was a long line (as there normally is), it was easy to maneuver and the staff was friendly. Very enjoyable shopping experience!

Extraordinary service from staff, sometimes not many there, but real effort to provide what I am looking for. Great attitude when I have to return something.

Vanessa in Sephora was super helpful and friendly! I wanted a perfume that was sold out in all of the locations around Wichita besides this store, and she went above and beyond to help me find the last bottle. Thank you!!!

Garrett in customer service was great! We went to checkout and our kohls cash was stolen. My Dad purchased a vacuum for Christmas so it was $80 worth. Garrett was able to tell out kohls cash was used in California so he called customer service and was able to have our kohls cash added back. Thank you so much!

My cashier was friendly and fast. The store was organized and the associates I encountered seemed pleasant. I bought some quality joggers for one fifth the price I spent on joggers at Lululemon.

I always have a great experience at the Wichita-East location. The store is clean and neat in appearance and the customer service reps are always nice and helpful.

It was my Wedding Anniversary and my Husband took me to Kohls for presents.
I found 3 things I wanted right away. Kohls has quite a few different products to chose from...

I looked at jeans. I want to buy completely new jeans, the way we used to buy them, took a long time to get them comfortable and faded, figured I'd die before I could accomplish that, I didn't accomplish that, so I bought some others ....

I Love the seasonal Home items, and they always have the character clothes my kids love!!

Store was a little cluttered as they were setting out Christmas items, but otherwise clean and well organized!

Sephora inside the Kohls is very nice. Associate was friendly & willing to assist.

Kohls is a great store to shop at and the sales associates are very helpful they go above and beyond to help you and they are friendly and Kohl's have great sale prices Kohl's is one of my favorite stores 😊

My mom and my niece were shopping at Kohls on Sunday and they had a miscommunication and ended up not knowing where each other were. The staff did an outstanding job of locating my niece after my mom informed them. Each and every employee I would like to thank. It warmed my heart to hear my mom tell of how prompt and thorough they were at locating my niece. Thank you very much. What wonderful people!

One of my favorite stores. I love the discounts 30% Kohls cash, etc. Online discounts and shopping. You receive $5 if you pick your order up in the store. So much more if you become a card holder.
