This is a very new location of course so it is in very good condition and very clean, neat and orderly. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The place seemed very well stocked and had very neatly, well stocked departments. Hopefully it stays this neat, orderly and helpful of a location!

It's kind of like target... You can spend an hour or two in here easy and spend more money than you intended too. It allows you the delusion that you will indeed use the craft supplies you are purchasing when in your heart you know that they will be stored away for you to take out, admire, organize, and put away again until the next time the feeling strikes... Or until you buy more to add to your collection.

I was looking for a Christmas tree today. At Michaels they were half price. I found the one I wanted, took the slip to the cashier and they brought my tree to my car. I was in the store for 15 minutes and was treated respectfully by staff.

I love coming to Michael's. I don't make it as often as I would like but I always leave having found what I came for and more. I love the app as well. There is always coupons and sales, making it very affordable!
