I now understand how this place came so highly recommended both by word of mouth and online - I got a quick estimate the same week I called - an honest opinion for my roof with no extra sells. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Companies like these are hard to come by!

We just had Carlson Bros., Inc. install a new roof on our ranch. We are very satisfied with the result and so glad we chose Doug & Ron Carlson to handle everything. Carlson Brothers just replaced the roof on both the house and garage for a very reasonable price. Dealing with them was very easy and the initial consultation took 15-20 mins. Some roofers wanted at least an hour like they were re-building the house. Excellent communication on start date and stuck to schedule to complete the job. They cleaned up the property very well. When I requested follow up on a few issues post completion, they responded and addressed quickly; no questions asked. Not sure what else you can ask for.

We had a leak coming through our roof. Called up Carlson’s Roofing and they were very responsive and came the next day. We were very thankful for their knowledge and professionalism. They were able to find the problem and fix it same day! We definitely recommend them for all your roofing needs!

I called the office and made an appointment and Mr. Carlson who showed up on time to provide us with a quote.
The next day the workman arrived to perform the work.
Everyone was professional and knew exactly what to do. Unfortunately there are many contractors out there that will try and do things that aren't really needed but this wasn't the case with Carlson Bros.
This company and it's employees were great!
Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.
Don't go looking through the Val pack coupons for a company that needs to do the advertising to get business, instead look for the good reviews of a local contractor.

We used Carson Bros to replace our roof. We had seen their work as they did several other homes in our area and liked what we saw. Doug was responsive to our call, came at the exact date and time we scheduled an appointment for. Coordination with the appointment was seamless with Denise answering all our questions regarding the contract and start date. The employees are busy bees. They started the day and ended the day doing a perfect job. They made sure the work area was cleaned up each day, protected our shrubs and even made sure no materials strayed onto our neighbors property. We have gotten so many compliments on the work they did, we knew we made the right choice using Carlson Bros Inc.

Carlson Bros just replaced out roof and it looks fantastic. From the request for an estimate to the scheduling of the work and finally the completion of the work was within a 2 week period, very reasonable. We actually had a few shingles dislodged causing a minor leak so they came out to repair the roof before they could get to our home to replace the roof, very grateful for that. The staff was prompt, efficient, courteous and highly skilled. I would highly recommend Carlson Bros.

What can I say? Many homeowners will face the prospect of having to replace a roof at least once or twice during their lifetime. Denise and Douglas answered all my questions throughout​ the entire process. We even went into the house to look at existing patches from leaks and into the attic to assess the condition of the interior wood ceiling. All in all it wasn't just the price that sold me on Carlson Bros Inc. It was the attention to detail and this excellent team was recommended to me by a previous customer. I can't imagine choosing another roofing company to protect my home. Carlson Bros Inc.is top notch!

Last winter I encountered a leak in the roof. Doug Carlson assessed the roof, determined where the roof leak was located and provided me with options on repairing or replacing the roof. Given that the roof was 20 years old, I opted for replacing the roof. During the assessment, I mentioned to Doug issues I had with a bathroom pipes freezing and cold temp in the room. He suggested that Carlson Bros. could insulate the attic crawlspace at the same time with replacing the roof and that should solve the problem. Prior to speaking with Doug, I did reach out to other contractors on this issue but no one could help. Well, one year later, my bathroom is warm – no freezing pipes – and my roof is beautiful. Overall the price was great, the project was quick and painless, cleanup exceptional. Highly recommend Carlson Bros.

We used Carlson Brothers for our roof recently and it couldnt have been a better experience. The guys arrived on time and were incredibly professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and their work was fantastic. Plus they stayed on budget. I would give them more than five stars if that was possible.

You can just stop shopping around for a great roofer/siding expert. We've been in our house for 30 years and Carlson Brothers is THE BEST contractor we have ever dealt with. So accommodating. So much attention to detail . Only wants to please the client, no matter how annoying we were at times. My house looks GORGEOUS 😍. Ask for my address and drive by and see for yourself. There are problems on all contractor jobs...but Carlson Brothers knows how to solve them and doesn't give you any attitude . Professional from beginning to end. They are the best.

We had a roof leak in our garage, I called three roofing contractors and the the first two gave pricing of $1,200 and 1,800 to repair the leak. When The Carlson Bro’s rep came he did the same inspection the other two contractors did but he found a nail that was causing the leak, fixed it in five minutes. You can’t put a price tag on a professional, competent and especially honest contractor. I am Carlson Bro’s. client for life.

How often can you say that the job was done on time, as promised and exceeded your expectations? Well this is a Company that exceeded each one of those attributes. From start to finish the communication was excellent. There were no corners cut, the workers were professional and courteous and the property was cleaner when they left than when they started. Well done Carlson Bros. and thank you for an outstanding job!

Quality work and excellent customer service.

Many years after having Carlson install our roof- we had a few loose shingles. Rich came by and made the fixes at no charge. Nice to see a business that will return many years later and stand by their work.

They came, they tore up bad roof, and did the new roof beautifully. Cleanup was excellent - it's like no one was here, but the roof was still magically redone. Great job, great value, and excellent on time. No more sliding shingles!
