I had a metal roof installed, and I was more than satisfied with the crew, workmanship, and end results. Ridge Top worked with me to get the type/color of roof I wanted, and stayed in touch during the materials acquisition phase. Would highly recommend a great bunch of people.

Ridge Top did a terrific job for me. They were prompt, professional, and always explained exactly what they were doing when I asked questions. Since I can't climb the ladder to look, they also provided pictures of the work they were doing both before and after - a big help in keeping me apprised of the state of my roof, and what the future may require - or not.

The elastomeric roof installed on our house did not last three years. There were ponding and intrusion issues that were caused by poor installation and poor attempts to resolve. The roof did not pass home inspection and upon attempts to communicate, customer service has been extremely poor. Requests for contact by the owner have not been fulfilled.
