I haven't even purchased anything here yet... the customer service I received was absolutely wonderful! I recommend this place for all your western wear needs. The store is clean, well organized and had a great selection. I'm definitely going back as soon as I get paid. Incredible! So happy I chose to step in here!

After having bad service at Boot Barn, we called and spoke to Taylor at Cowtown. He was very helpful and had great customer service, even on the phone. We got to the store and they had the same product as Boot Barn, and it was cleaner and at a better price!! Emma helped us, as well and was friendly, too. I would recommend Cowtown over Boot Barn ANYDAY!! Great JOB Taylor/Emma. :)

Best place to buy boots in Las Cruces! The lowest prices I have seen in this city, and I have been here for almost a decade. Excellent, attentive services and the sales associate stayed and helped me through my whole boot shopping experience unlike boot barn who wouldn't even give me the time of day. Wonderful hat shapers there as well. Will definitely go back!
