I’ve conducted a lot of business with Roof Care through one of the largest Property Management companies in town. Will & Sam along with their crew have always been efficient. I have recommended them to friends ( I don’t have family in town, otherwise I’d recommend them to family). We continued to do business for years, they earned it from their prices to their work ethics. I already know who to call if and when I need roof work done on my house.

RoofCare is great! They were very efficient, timely, personable, professional, and most importantly, did a super job on replacing my roof.

Will, Sam, and the 3 roofers that worked on my roof, had to be some of the finest gentlemen out there. Thank you for doing such a superb job!

In February of 2016, I consulted with several companies regarding repair of my roof after receiving hail damage. Though a satisfied friend had recommended RoofCare, I wanted to examine a few companies’ estimates myself. Not only was RoofCare the only company to give an itemized estimate with pictures and detailed descriptions of their plans for repair, but they also presented it with impressive speed.
Throughout the week of repairs, William Lawson always responded to phone calls or emails addressing questions or concerns within about an hour. His crew was communicative, thorough, polite, and helpful at every turn. Each evening I would go on the roof to check the progress of the labor, and was very impressed. They even performed minor patchwork on stucco that was not included in the original estimate. When an area of the coating they’d put on the roof seemed slightly thin to me, I requested that Mr. Lawson look at it again. He examined it and had his crew address the issue quickly.
I could not recommend RoofCare more highly. I am happy to see that a local company can provide such prompt communication, thorough workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Sincerely,
Matt Reiter

Absolutely the finest company in roofing We have been so very; very pleased with our new roof: Will the manager in Las Cruces is wonderful - he is very knowledgeable; and the crew were great in doing a fantastic job - we were able to compare photos of our roof with the neighbors roof and it is very evident they did not use a good roofer: our area was damaged with hail and most homes required new roofs or a reconditioned one.
thanks to Roof Care we had the job done correctly and exactly as we had requested.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Only 2 years after new roof we began to experience leaks from FAULTY INSTALLATION. COMPANY sent out someone who lied and said the roof was fine and the leaks were from crack in the wall that could be fixed with paint job. More time elapsed until I went to 2 other roofing companies who confirmed that the leaks were from the FAULTY INSTALLATION of the roof, NOT from cracks in the wall or weather damage. ROOFCARE is despicable. THEY OWE ME A NEW ROOF and now they say the warranty has run out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I called Joe on April 22nd and he was very prompt to come and look at my roof to get me an estimate. I waited over seven days and called the office and was told by the receptionist that Joe had not turned in the info to give me an estimate. I called Joe and he said he turned in info the same day he looked at my roof. I liked the promptness of Joe so much I was going to have Roof Care do the work regardless of my other estimates. I again called three days later to the office and the receptionist again did not have a clue. Told receptionist I had decided to move on with another company

Had leaking in front room and signs of old leakage in back bedroom. all but one through -the -parapet wall scuppers closed by previous roofer with the idea that the water was to run off the back patio roof. Job was to open the rest of the scuppers (7) and reseal the edge on my tpo roof. The existing scupper drains were extending 6 inches out from the exterior wall, I talked to them about extending them but was assured it was not needed. ( The water runs down my exterior walls with water soaking at the foundation) I am extending them myself. The guys worked 6 hrs a day, over a span of maybe a week. I had to clean up all the bits and pieces of materials left on the grounds. There are nails coming through the wood interior roof of this front room, job site manager Sam did not have a solution for this other than to pull up the tpo and put in shorter nails, really??? Rather than have them mess with it again and perhaps cause more leaking, the nails are still there, I thought I could snip them off but have not been able to, manager stated he did not have tool to do it suggested I paint them to match the ceiling. The front room continued to leak, many emails and phone calls, with those also sent to the main office in Alburquegue. Lots of run around, tried to blame it on the contractor who extended the scupper drains of the leaking room so the water would not run down the exterior wall. He did not seal tops of the scupper openings so the top of the walls were exposed to water , these drains fill up completely with heavy rain so water could get into the wall. ( had my son in law do that). Said they did not do stucco repair work which was around these front scuppers then later said they did after I had some one else do it. Said he could not figure out where the front water was coming from, even tried to say it (water dripping off the ceiling) was coming in sideways from the slider door window. The adhered edge he said they resealed is loose in many places, when I pointed that out to him he said it was ok. (How about a refund) Pella window recaulked gapping areas along the top metal banding strip at the tpo edge when I called them about leaking I thought was associated with the new window, Roofcare's answer is that needs to be checked regularly (he was up there the same day and said nothing and did nothing)..When my neighbor asked if I would recommend them I said no. I paid a lot for a service that did not meet expectations. This manager appeared to know less about roofs than I do, appeared to be guessing about how to handle the leaks. Work did not meed standard, I check for leaks after every rain. Wasted my money. Do not use these guys
1/17/19 I did not receive any phone calls or emails after the last visit in spring of 2018, their response stating they have tried to reach me is false, I would be very uncomfortable letting them attempt anything else
BTW if you have a TPO or other membrane roof or an area that appears to be a leak source, use Eterna Bond membrane patch - took care of all my leaks. Can find it online
