Knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and also got me some preferred pricing after I filled out a cash account application.

I first walk into the store and can’t tell who’s a worker or customer because a group of people are just hanging around the counter. Come to find out they’re all workers. They finally offer assistance and point me to the quick connections. They then proceed to take my items to counter and I ask if it’s ok if I look around for a bit (incase something on sale ext.) but then get attitude about it like I’m supposed to rush out of the store. Then I get looked at like I’m an inconvenience or a thief. What’s the point of things on display if I can’t look. 🤦🏻‍♂ only reason I stopped was because airmix welding supply was a little further but hey, I’m going a little further next time. Customer service makes or breaks a business 100% of the time.

I don’t know how they stay open! counter guys have no customer service worst customer service ever is all I gotta say!!
