Exploring Prozess Flower Café today! The atmosphere is fantastic with its clean, white building and Korean-style vibes. The name 'Prozess' is in German, adding an intriguing touch. Outside, the floral decorations create a serene setting. The thoughtful placement of plants around the washroom provides privacy. We indulged in four different coffees and treats, all deliciously crafted. The barista's expertise truly shines in every brew, offering rich aroma and delightful aftertaste. And don't get me started on their pies and cakes! Another memorable afternoon in Taitung City.

This is an excellent, lesser-known cafe option to spend a lazy afternoon in, whether meeting up with friends, catching up with work, enjoying a book, or simply chilling. It is located a little outside the city center, but because of this, is not as crowded or hard to reserve spots compared to Taitung’s other, more popular cafe, Coffeehouse Paris. The quality of the drinks, dessert, and overall ambiance rivals and perhaps even surpasses Coffeehouse Paris.

We ordered the sicilian-style coffee (honey lemonade with coffee) and Taitung floral black tea. The sicilian-style coffee was exceptionally smooth, and all drink components meshed incredibly well for a delightful, refreshing drink. The Taitung floral black tea was simpler, yet also elegant in taste and aroma. As for desserts, we ordered the orange pound cake and croissant-waffles. We HIGHLY recommend the croissant waffles - this cafe perfected the crispy outside skin with the melt-in-your-mouth, buttery inside.

Besides the drinks and refreshment, the cafe’s overall ambiance and decorations were extremely noteworthy and enhanced the overall experience. The cafe advertises that it also specializes in wedding floral arrangements and decorations. The front garden is well-manicured with beautiful flower bushes and trees. The interior decoration was light, airy, and cohesive, making for a very pleasant ambiance. The houseplants and decor enhanced the space without being too distracting.

Overall, we highly recommend this place if you have a free afternoon in Taitung and want to lounge around in a beautiful cafe!

A gem of a coffee shop, my favorite in Taitung. Shares space with an interior design firm — and it shows. The atmosphere is spacious, bright, cheerful, and casual. Nordic inspired? The high-end pour-over coffees (mostly light and city roasts) are superb and precisely brewed and they bake their pastries onsite. The quiche was creamy and fluffy and the tarts are also excellent. If you don’t mind background chatter, a nice work-from-home location. Cash only, however!

Nice design, relaxing vibes, good coffee and desert. Perfect for a Christmas morning treat.

厚實的奶泡灑上肉桂粉後再加以烤過，肉桂香很香，上層奶泡是大人味的苦甜肉桂，整體喝起來很舒服🥴

🍹奇異果蘋果氣泡飲 $160
奇異果和青蘋果搭配的很好，都不搶味而且也不死甜，最下層還有新鮮奇異果果肉🥝

🥧法式鹹派 $150
屬於偏綿密的鹹派，份量算大，而且也很厚，內餡有馬鈴薯、培根、德國香腸，對鹹派興趣不大的我，也覺得很好吃🥰

🧇可頌鬆餅 $170
店內的招牌，上層冰淇淋奶味很重，鬆餅整體份量也不小，而且厚度也很夠，一口咬下整個超酥脆，外層灑上肉桂粉又增添了風味，比起壓扁的可頌，更喜歡這種可頌鬆餅🤩

一進去有種到了歐式花園的感覺，光外面的花園就可以慢慢逛一小陣子了，花很美而且真的都有設計過，整體非常的舒服💓

一入門以米白色為主的裝潢，搭配許多花草，看似簡單卻又不簡單，一邊吃著下午茶一邊欣賞店內的花草，真的好愜意🥴

除了好拍，餐點的確也很好吃，度過了一個美好的下午茶時光🥰

平日去都快要客滿了，假日感覺會一位難求，但真的是喜愛咖啡廳的人去台東一定要去的！

咖啡不錯喝，冰雪日曬的豆子喝起來滿特別的，派吃得出用料實在，不過可能派皮有點甜，整體吃起來偏甜一些。

空間設計得漂亮舒適，採光明亮，坐在這裡聽著音樂品嚐下午茶很是享受。

冷冷的天氣，喝著有太妃糖香氣的紅茶，心情瞬間變得暖暖的😊可以回沖唷！回沖後卻變得有點苦！
☕可頌鬆餅$170
其實就是鬆餅造型的可頌麵包，酥脆外皮加上麵包的鬆軟口感，再加一球冰涼微甜的香草冰淇淋，好吃不違和！但是這樣有點貴呢！
☕檸檬生乳酪$130
偏酸的單純乳酪蛋糕。

一入店沒想到坐滿了人，幸運的還有一組位子。
櫃檯前的座位大家靠得比較近，環境有點吵雜。
這裡的裝潢、碗盤、擺設都很美，怎麼拍怎麼美！每個角落都像是在拍平面廣告一樣！

謝謝這裡的美好，可愛店員座位的指引，一個小杯墊、不規則的玻璃杯、紙吸管⋯整個空間太多小細節可以慢慢感受，飲品和甜點品質也很專業。台東行程完美結束🥰

裝潢非常漂亮，以白色系為主，淡色木紋的傢俱，典雅風格，整體真的很美，點了鹹派真的不錯吃，很適合來放空一下午，茶口味的戚風蛋糕吃起來清香爽口，不錯

果然沒讓人失望，超喜歡歐式風格裝潢及許多花草的庭園，食物與飲料也非常可口，滿載而歸的台東行，會讓我懷念的咖啡廳，一定會再訪，

🔸奶茶味道很香 雖然是無糖 但能喝到牛奶的甜香味 建議一上來就先喝一口品嚐 等吃過甜點再喝 香味容易被甜味蓋掉
🔸可頌鬆餅 超好吃 剛上來熱呼呼的吃一口 外皮酥脆又有焦糖甜 再配上冰淇淋 好讚🤤
🔸蛋糕也很棒 有明顯的茶香 奶油也是有混合茶葉的香味 不過可頌太好吃了 大推可頌🤣

內部的裝潢擺設也很美 一樓的部分是可以參觀的 不過沒有開放二樓
唯一可惜的是 廁所的裝潢比較傳統 不過也是很整潔乾淨
很推 不管是外地人還是在地人 都可以來這裡享受放鬆的下午茶~
