曙光森林 Dawn Forest 窯烤麵包

This gorgeous little gem serves absolutely outstanding quality meals, with fresh ingredients and a very different approach to brunch. The dishes are light, scrumptious, beautifully presented, and reasonably priced.
The building has been lovely and artistically remodeled and is a piece of local history just by being there. This is definitely one of my favorite brunch places in Taitung. 👏🫰👏

Every detail here was done with loving attention, down to even the essential oil diffuser in the bathroom haha. I love that food this fancy and a cafe this cozy still has the undiscovered feeling to it.

I had the best bread here that I’ve found in Taiwan, the sesame red bean drink is so neat, and I didn’t even know mushrooms could taste the way they do here.

delicious food in a super cozy environment!! the purple rice drink is wonderful and the bread is DIVINE. recommend sampling the special cheese, garlic?, and butter bread platter!

Really quaint little place. Artisan bakery with actual-factual tasty bread. Nice coffee, too. Vegan options. Local artwork on the walls. Really nice little cafe. Portions are incredibly small though, so come for the atmosphere: a rustic cabin tea-party in the heart of Taidong.

Great brunch place, bread was very good! But if you are a meat eater for breakfast, this may not be the place.

We visited this place the day before New Year’s Eve. The owner was very nice and friendly. Good food too!

一份套餐250元，內用桌椅不多，大概只能接待5組客人
套餐看起來份量不多，但是能吃飽，我們4人點3份就夠吃了。

窯烤麵包紮實好吃，餐點健康調味偏清淡。
環境愜意輕鬆，能慢慢享用餐點是一件幸福的事。
