For my experience during admitted ward 9B because diarrhea, I feel very comfortable because the room was tidy and clean. Also to all nurses that was kind and polite, always attend every call bell below 2minutes. Also for nurses at emergency dept that give the fast action once I arrived.

I have been struggling with pain and illness for many years, unable to find the root cause of my problems until I found Dr. Shalinie, the rheumatologist at Mahkota Medical Centre. She provided a prompt and accurate diagnosis for my autoimmune disease.

I have already received my first treatment for Ankylosing Spondylitis after less than a week of hospitalization here. Thank you, Dr. Shalinie, and the wonderful medical team at Mahkota. Thanks and well done! 🌷

Bring my mum to Dr Liau KL for Cataract surgery.
Dr Liau had an expertise and skill in diagnosing and treating eye conditions. Surgery went very well and perfect.
Doctor is flexible to accommodate patient need and try his very best to help patient after out patient visit.
Clinics is clean and staff is well prepare with needful knowledge.
Doctor explain well the patient condition and any prevention needed to be aware of.

Quick, excellent and professional care at the Emergency Department. No problems seeking treatment as a foreign tourist, just needed to show my passport. All staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English. Very reasonable bill at the end of treatment (including medications) and receipts were provided for travel insurance claims. Recommend this hospital if you need to see a doctor while in Melaka.

I would like to give my deeply thanks to all staffs W9B for their great service,they were really helpful and most of them were very experienced.

Their sincerity of works deliver great impression not only to patients and those one who truly in needs but to all sorts of people come to this hospital. This includes family members and patients itself.

I would like to thank Dr Chan and his team for the successful TKR surgery. He is very proficient, professional and yet humble! I don't encounter much pain after the surgery and I am recovering well. Thank you very much Dr Chan! Highly recommended him !!
Would like also to thank the staff of ward 7B who are friendly and helpful. However noted that there is insufficient walking frame during my stay. I've limited mobility and this creates inconvenience for me as I have to share with other patients. This should not be happening!
Overall the rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Thank you!

To all the nurses at Ward 8B, thank you for all yours kind assistance on my father's admission from 10/12/23 to 26/12/23. For the past 2 weeks, it's a tough time for us and we really appreciate your care and help on dressing few times daily. Today, my father recovered and can walk back home himself. Thank you to each of you. Also for Dr.Ang Chin Wee, thanks for your care and professionalism on handling and monitoring my father's conditions and wound for the pass 2 weeks.

My father had a pleasant experience during consultation with dr. Michael Cheng Kok Hong (Urology) and was really grateful to dr. Michael for his caring and detail explanation regarding the examination.

Thank you Mahkota for not giving up of me on 1st day of New Year 2024 even during holiday. Thank you A&E doctor and Dr Azali giving me their patience and professional review. Dr Azali arrange me to do CT scan and cover under insurance and so on. Very helpful and understanding my situation. They pay attention to me when they know normal medication was not working on me.

Accompanying my dad for an operation under Dr. Leung on 15/1/2024 and I was thankful that this hospital really treat their patients well. The customer service in this hospital is remarkable and excellent. The Drs here (Dr. Leung and Dr. Chong) are friendly and they gave their professional advise to help their patients. I'm very thankful to both of these Drs. Besides that, I'm also very thankful to all the staff nurses that took good care of my dad during the 2 days admission.
