Spacious room! Suitable for family. We booked connection room so can fit to 8 people. The sofa can turn to queen size bed.

No free parking. Need to park at the opposite building and pay using TnG or bank card.

Near with the town.

Room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room at level 7 has direct pool access and the kids love it very much and want to go swimming all the time. Beautiful morning and evening heritage view. Bed is super comfortable that we sleep thru the night with no noise pollution. Parking is seamless. Strategic location to various eateries and attractions. I’ll plan to come back again for a family retreat.

Spacious room, cleanliness was top notch, very comfortable bed, and love the layout design of my room with an outdoor covered patio with sleek louvers doors in between the pool & room.

Overall the ambience was super Zen & very comfortable, also a good size for family gathering. When night falls, my room's views were filled with the colorful lights of the vibrant Malacca's town & beautiful lit-up cruise boats that glided gracefully along Malacca's river. Truly an awe-inspiring sight.

Check in was seamless, welcomed by friendly staffs & hotel comes with parking facilities too.

I had a very restful comfortable stay with my family during the busy CNY, which i truly appreciate. Definitely one of my wisest choice in picking a hotel, worth every penny we spent.

Thank you to Charles & team for making our stay a memorable & a very pleasant one. Will be back, that's for sure!

We went Melaka for a weekend get away with a few other families. We all booked poolside suites. It was wonderful, absolutely loved the big poolside terrace. We could hang out by the pool and access our friends suits via the connecting pool. The pool is lightly salted so feels like swiming in the ocean. Also the hotel is perfectly located by the river walk, walking distance of the river cruise and Jonker street. Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely looking forward to the next group gathering there.

Affordable 4 star room with great amenities and service. Good view from the room and an awesome bathtub. The pool is nice but the gym is quite small and doesn’t have a lot of equipment. Location a bit far from the attractions.

Was torn between Swiss garden and this place. Both offer walking distance to Riverside. And up to our surprise, I was blown by how spacious the room. You may also park at Plaza 99, the building next to the Pines fir better parking rate.

The place is well kept and clean. Totally recommend for your weekend stay near the Riverside of Melaka!!

The exterior and interior of the hotel are always spotless clean and well-maintained. Praise should be given to the front desk staff who are always helpful and professional. Further points go to the swimming pool for its cleanliness and the breathtaking view over the Malacca River and most of the city.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Poolside Suite. It was truly a 5-star experience, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with the sunset to our right and the sunrise to our left. It made for a truly lovely and memorable stay. Thank you so much again to the wonderful team at The Pines Melaka for providing such a great experience ; )

Water leakage, bathrooms have many voices from night till next morning. Many stains on the ceiling and walls. Not sure if it’s agent or hotel problem. Rooms don’t seem clean and like still under maintenance. How I can review the rooms? I’ve been to 3 rooms over a night 😬😬

Great stay for work meeting. With nice views and spacious rooms. Breakfast spread is ok. Also bike friendly with large lifts and staff that were fine with keeping my bike in my room. So for those bike touring and want to stay in some place nice, this not a bad option.

Great hotel with a big room, big bathroom with a bathtub and nice view of Melaka City! The breakfast is delicious and the variety of food not bad. The only thing that is troublesome is about the parking ticket, where you need to go down to redeem the parking ticket and go up again to get your car. But overall is good and recommended.

Location very near to kg morten and few minutes drive only to the ducth buildings and jonker walk

Claimed the largest hotel room in Melaka, indeed the room is spaciously big.

Nice view of sungai melaka + kg morten and city skylines if stays in the even room numbers. Nothing much to enjoy the view for odd number's room.

Not bath tub, only showers.

Plenty of parking space.

7eleven just less than 100m or about that from the lobby.

Easily accessible to walkways along melaka river

We went to Melaka for the weekend. We stay at Pines Hotel and is a very afforable hotel at the prime location. Service is excellent and we do have a warm welcome by the hotel GM- Mr Charles Liew.
The hotel is located near by Jonker Stress and we get lot of food there. We will definately will return to the hotel again.
Well done.

Stayed here from 5 to 10 November recently. Booked a Junior Suite King and was given one on the 20th floor with a nice view of the river, especially when it glows at night.

Room was clean and spacious, staff at the front desk were generally helpful and approachable, notably Azhar and Kalai. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby. While the hotel's location may not be near to most attractions, they can be reached by Grab or taxi and fares are cheap.

My entire stay was a memorable and wonderful one, although I feel the following can be improved:

1. TV in the room is outdated and has bad picture quality.
2. Kitchenette is empty with no utensils or cutlery.
3. Ironing facilities are available only on request.

Nonetheless, I still wouldn't mind staying here a second time if I ever make it to Malacca again in the future.
