The Daily Fix Cafe Reviews

This cafe doesn't have Halal certificate. So, for Muslims who want to eat here, I'd suggest that you order non-meat meals and ask for vegetarian options. The piccolo is absolutely delicious. The pancakes are amazing. They aren't normal pancakes, but they are fluffy with sweet fillings. I love the mushroom pesto. It's creamy and tasty. The vintage decor is beautiful.

Visited this cafe in Melaka not too long ago, service was good, staff were all rather friendly. However on the day we visited we observed that some drinks were out of stock maybe due to the high volume of crowd.
The pastries were very aesthetically pleasing and were bright in colours. I had tried the cheesecake and berry smoothie which were both very much to my liking. The smoothie is not overly sweet and the cheesecake was very dense and creamy.
Definitely worth a try, but for the price point I don’t think I would be back a second time as there are several cafes in the area!

Their flat white it excellent! Since I have to eat gluten-free, the rest of my review is based primarily on my experience with topic.
There are no items marked gluten-free on the menu and you'll probably haves hard time to find much gluten-free food here. However, I was able to order the cheesy scrambled eggs without bread (I got more salad instead). Together with an avocado (which can be ordered separately) it was a decent breakfast.
All but one of the homemade ice cream flavors sold at the “entrance shop“ were gluten free (one contained non-certified gluten free oats so I was cautious with that one). I tried lychee-raspberry and the coffee-almond. Both were delicious.

Come back here for great food and coffee. We ordered the mushroom soup (one of the best I've had), smoked salmon eggs benedict & chicken sandwich (that looked more like a burger). All meals were DELICIOUS. The chicken was flavourful, tender, and juicy. The eggs were well poached. Breads were crunchy!

Definitely a good breakfast spot around the area. Just as beautifully decorated like other cafés nearby, this isn't a bad place for hanging around for a cup of coffee either.
The food portion is very generous, and tasty too. Hard to go wrong here, would return to try other dishes if possible.

When over day in the morning. Just a soft launch yesterday. The place ambient was nice with old setting and a touch of nature . The 🚻 was super clean and good biget Spray and a unique lock system .
They are more on tea rather than coffee.
The kopi O Kosong was a bit plain .
The nasi goreng kampong with Ayam Rendang was tasty , however, I feel the meat can make it hot 🔥. The belecan chilly was superb.
Nasi Lemak was better . Hot and delicious.
The Nyonya Laska was a bit disappointing as the gravy was a bit dilute. Thicken gravy will be good.
The Toast was very generous with the topping of butter .
Nice and cozy place to rest and chit-chat .
😊🙂😋

Great brunch at affordable prices (to Singaporeans but not locals). Cheesy scrambled eggs were perfectly runny and buttery. Granola was a large bowl of fruits - a little stingy on the yogurt, but tasted amazing with the full cream milk. Im a picky matcha oat latte drinker and I’d give this place a very decent score for theirs. Vanilla latte that my husband ordered tasted fragrant too. All in all, we’d certainly come back.

I felt that the food was so-so only? The salted egg pasta was quite spicy but tasted nice nonetheless. The eggs benedict sadly didn't lived up to my expectations as they only gave a few pieces of smoked salmon. The truffle mushroom soup was not bad.
No queue on a Monday morning.
Ambience is great for conversations and would definitely come back here again although not for the smoked salmon eggs benedict.

Super amazing cafe! Can’t go wrong with their big breakfast and cold brew. Must visit for sure!
The staffs were friendly, although there were a lot of people, the place does not seem to be super packed. Great place to have brunch

Excellent in every detail, the food and drinks, the staff, the vibes, the cleanliness.
We took breakfast, it was so good that we have returned the same day for a snack.
It is Muslims friendly (halal)
They serve free water with ice which was a very touching thing with the hot and humid weather during the day.
I fully recommend this place for anyone searching for a good place to eat or have a coffee in jonker street.

I love to dine here but it's always crowded. There's at least a 10-20 minute wait before you can enter, so do not wait until you're hungry!
Everything is to be ordered at the cashier, which makes it convenient to order and pay before dining.
The cafe serves more of a western style of food, some with a local twist.
The dishes we ordered were all good! We also had desserts. The pandan pancakes had a surprise in the middle as there was gula melaka inside of it, which made it more decadent. The coffee and mango smoothie was also great!
It's only open from morning at 9am till 5pm something, so don't miss your chance to try it out when you're in Melaka!

So beautiful place to have our breakfast and tea time there. It’s exactly located at Jonker Street shop line. Just love the aesthetic vibe around the cafe and calm place. So much love to their pancakes that so yummy 💯😋 I will go back there to have their pancake for sure. We tried the Tea Kombucha strawberry flavour and it’s really feel so refreshing. The price was a bit higher but have to try once to have their delicious dishes and the soothing environment. Thank me later 😃

I love this cafe. Food quality is relatively decent and pricing is very reasonable. Staff are generally helpful too, except for this particular cashier, a girl with specs and a pony tail that does not give any greetings nor any eye contact, absolute rude. She just need to learn hospitality and the outlet would be perfect,
Anyhow, on food, tried the avo salmon salad and it’s great. The French toast was a miss cuz it’s way too dry with its breaded crumbs crust, totally not what I was wishing for. The big breakfast and pancakes were decent too.
Love the vibes too. Will certainly pay a visit here each time I’m in Melaka

We had a late breakfast at Daily Fix today and we enjoyed every single bite of food and drinks. The service is quick although the place was full. Place is cool despite the hot weather. Loved the eggs, clubsandwich and beef sandwich.

Third time here! It opened at 8.45 but we’ll make sure that we queue around 8.30 to avoid long queue. This place always got long queue.
Food was great. For non coffee lover like me, I love their iced chocolate. Price per dish is around 15-25. The wait time is not that long. We got our order around 10-ish minutes of waiting. We’ll definitely come again to try other menu.

Great Coffee & Food. Must try Pandan Gula Melaka Pan-cake. Weekdays less people and weekend will be crowded. Call & check their operations hours before walk in. Hours might be different from Google info.

Salute to their service! Love the food and atmosphere. Amazing place to eat and take photo. There is a paid parking nearby so very convenient.
Even though quite difficult to spot the restaurant 😅 but we managed.
