Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, three of us in a family room (all adults) which was big enough for us.

The bathroom was also quite large, as was the shower so it was really good.

The reception area was lovely with lots to see, the staff were all very helpful and nice. We were even given some fruit upon leaving, a really nice gesture.

WiFi works perfectly throughout.

It was just off of Jonker Street which was a perfect location as there is so much to do there and close by.

Can’t beat the location. It’s really a stones throw away from Jonker. Not too near. Not too far. The rooms are reasonably clean. But the aisles are not air conditioned so there’s the inevitable musky smell.
The serve free drinks in the lobby during the afternoon so don’t miss that.

:Very thoughtful, they switched on the air con for the guest that check in earlier, so that when we check in on time, the room already feel cozy and comfortable.

:There is a space near the lift area, convenient to enjoy our takeaway food at the area.

Things that need to accommodate
: Parking lot is small, driver need to have good skill of parking.

:The room is no sound proofing, person that sleep lightly might find it troubling.

Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel, will choose here when visit again.

Parking lot (shelter) is provided. Think it is safer as it is not outside the street. With parking lot is just outside of lift, it is so convenient to move your luggage around in and out of lift and into the vehicle.
As we stayed in non weekend, parking lot is not full.

Located at the end of Jonker Walk. Perfect place to end the day. Ample parking space. Clean and large rooms. Very friendly staff too!

Good location as it is right by Jonker street, so there are a lot of local attractions that are easily accessible and walkable to. Staff was very polite and friendly, great customer service. The room itself was cozy and clean, bathroom was spacious too. WiFi was good too. Overall great accommodation for a couples' or solo trip.

Nice hotel to stay in Melaka. Jonker street is just behind and close to many tourist attractions. Price which is reasonable ( I get free parking in front of the hotel😁) and free WiFi. Staffs are friendly and check in was fast. Bed was large and comfortable.

First time staying here. Receptionist very polite. Near to Jonker street. Parking provided. First come first serve. Toilet so nice. Nothing else to say! All good for short stay.

This hotel is located at old town area of Malacca, where there are so many old buildings from the early 1900's. The hotel is good and quite cheap, which has old style interior. The receptionist was very friendly. The room also equipped with old style ornament. Close to most historical building and famous Jonker Street. Very recommended to stay here.

The room are very excellent clean and well maintained. Located just 5 minutes walking from the famous Jonker Walk. Well the carpark area are a bit small, need skills to maneuver bigger car. Usually I will park my car at the hotel carpark in the morning and will walk my way through the Jonker Walk and get to the Dataran Pahlawan. But if I want to get a bit far, I will take Grab as Malacca are quite famous about their busiest street especially during weekends, public holidays and school holidays. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and affordable. I enjoyed my staying at here.

room ok, smell ok, facilities very basic in the room, channels only got malaysian channels, cleanliness ok, parking a bit hassle have to park a bit further and walk ( incase it rains is troublesome) if you come during weekends! very convenient to go to jonker walk i like :)

This is one of the best places to stay in my opinion. Not only is it beside Jonker Walk Night Market, but it is also close to the historic part of the city. Located on a picturesque street of antique buildings, a walk outside would present a world of photo opportunities, be it in the day or night. The easiest way to get around is on a bike, and luckily, this establishment provides such service with a very very reasonable price. Interior decor is top notch, incorporating elements of the past. There is literally nothing to complain about this place. If I ever visit Melaka again, this would be my hotel of choice.

Nice and cosy hotel, friendly staff on 24/7, and nice breakfast served by the staff.

Situated very near to the Jonker street, so no issue with some window shopping at anytime of the day (less sleeping hours).

With a private carpark, it is recommended highly for those who are travel via vehicle.

Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka is an excellent hotel to stay with perfect customer service, great ambience and clean rooms. I got myself a deluxe room for 3 nights and I am overly satisfied with the amenities included, including a kettle, a rain shower, open concept wardrobes and great in-room lighting. What's more, the WIFI speeds are excellent and watching videos from my computer is a breeze.

As much as the great amenities, the room does have a fridge but it isn't operational. The aircon's remote doesn't allow for control, and the basin is way too shallow for washing hands. Nonetheless, the room comes with block-out curtains. Overally, Swiss Hotel Heritage Boutique Melaka is a perfect, quaint hotel with an exceptional focus on customer service.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location makes visiting tourist sites easy. The rooms are spacious. Shower is great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is interesting.
