All my electrical appliances are bought from Senheng because of a sales person name called #Han, he always gave me the best advise and whenever I ask for anything also he will always serve me the best he can even after sales service like repairs he will arrange accordingly without me having any headache. The moment I bought from him since from Batu Berendam then I followed him until here in Lagenda, and the reason also because he help me to arrange service technician even the refrigerator isn't sold by him. Very good attitude and reliable.

Staff Hasraff was really knowledgeable in serving us and giving us all the details on our Samsung galaxy S23 / S23+ purchase plan.

In the end we settled on S23 256GB with a few free gifts and lifetime membership renewal with extra 1 year of warranty.

Not too different than buying from Samsung store or online, but you do get some extra service and freebies from Senheng which is why we proceeded on the spot :)
