The old and first 4 screens are fine but the new 5 to 10th screen is just phenomenal. Screen is huge.
The best feature would still be the pricing. It is way cheaper than its competition. Though, their online system is still a mehh.

10 movies in a plaza was the experience. Still 100% well maintained

It is my first time watch a movie here. It is really decent cinema, have almost everything a kaki wayang would like. I never watch at mmCineplex, but I would say the popcorn is nice. Most popcorn nowadays is too sweet. Kudos to the staff that is quite nice too (but please switch on the top floor elevator next time).
The only problem that hindering kaki wayang going here (in my personal opinion) is a parking problem. Most people nowadays like to book on9 and come to cinema and just watch. But when u have to spend like 30 minutes just to find a parking, it would frustrated people. Other than that, it is a great place.

Beautiful cinema! The most stunning lights and affordable price, comfortable seats and the movie starts punctually. Pls come here, its more unique than other cinema ♥

A lesser known cineplex located inside Mahkota Parade mall. A few staircases to climb up and down. So, not a good to be looking at the phone while walking into or out of cinema halls (especially the latter) - falling hazards.

I used to work at the mall few years back, sometimes after working hour me and my colleagues would go and watch movies here. Pretty nice. Not too crowded. I never came here if im not on my shift. Usually went to aeon, so i dont know the experience of booking or watching as someone not working in the mall..

Ticketing and snacks purchase processes were smooth and fast!
A little confused as we went upstairs to look for Cinema 9, but found it after a wrong turn.
Comfortable and spacious seat, clean cinema!

Nice n cozy to watch movie.. A delicious popcorn and sweetcorn.. But sometimes the escalator breakdown and makes me feel so tired goin up using stairs. But overall is very high recomended to watch new movie with ur buddie. And for ur info.. Theres a toilet inside the building and its very clean and tidy.. Ive come here almost every week with my friends.. This mmcinema inside Mahkota Parade building.

The path from the ticket counter to the halls upstairs is really amazing. Snacks are great, you can buy a ticket on the day of the show, no issues. Movies are well updated.

Watched ant man. Only 6 people in the whole cinema. Loved the privacy.

Price affordable for student if go early in the morning which just rm9. Less crowded. Good for family.
