An independently run gift-shop co-located with the Old Village Hotel. Unlike most hotel gift-shops this one surprisingly had both better prices and MUCH better quality than the souvenir shops/stalls in and near Petra. Great artisan work including: jewelry, clothing, plates, vases, oil lamps, and other work from Jordan, Iraq, and Syria. They also have the standard fare of books, trinkets, snow globes, t-shirts, bookmarks, and stuffed animals you will find at regular tourist shops, but at lower prices. We spent two days in and near Petra reviewing countless stalls along the hiking trails and we ended up buying most of our souvenirs from this shop.
