The service was outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond! Lots of nice touches in the room like free fruit, mini bar and dead sea products. Beautiful view.

Lovely hotel very adjacent to Petra site. The staff are very efficient and friendly anthem food is good and it has a delightful restaurant on the fifth floor with stunning views of Petra particularly at sunset. The only thing to be aware of this hotel does not serve alcohol.

I was really impressed by the willingness to help by the manager and the staff of Petra moon and Petra icon hotel.

We made a reservation online for a guest house at Petra based on the online reviews. But after arriving there we realized that it was not a place we wanted to stay at. We made the reservation based on the ratings on google but we didn’t consider the number of reviews while making the reservation at a guest house (there were only 8 reviews). It was our mistake and we learned a lesson.

At around 8.30 pm the day we arrived at Petra, we started looking for a hotel to stay at. I was stressed because we have a 4 year son and I was worried about getting a clean place to stay at. Fortunately we stopped at Petra icon and the manager was able to help us to get accommodation at Petra moon hotel that night. They were able to provide us accommodation for 3 nights (2 nights at Petra Moon and 1 night at Petra Icon). Entire staff of the hotel helped to remove the stress from our visit to Petra. We loved the care and hospitality of the entire hotel staff. They also recommended us the shorter route to get to the monastery. We are animal lovers and we didn’t want to use the donkey or horse rides to get to the monastery, instead we chose to use the child carrier on our back. I don’t think we would have made it to the monastery without the recommended route from the hotel staff.

I highly recommend Petra moon and Petra icon hotels. Both hotels are about 3-4 mins walk from the Petra visitor center and so you don’t have to worry about the parking if you have rented a car. They also pack you a to go breakfast in case you are planning to leave early in the morning to visit Petra.

The service is so good, I want to give 10 stars for Mr. Ihab, who gave me all the important information about the route maps in Petra. He is willing to help me and my friend for everything . He has warned me to be aware of the local bedouin in Petra who try to make money from you.

Wonderful hotel for exploring Petra as it's 2 minutes walk to the visitor center. Hotel is modern, clean and serves a good breakfast. There is a wonderful pool on the top floor.

Hardly to beat, the hotel is just in front of the Petra entrance. Excellent and clean rooms, very good food and lovely hospitality. Recommended

It was a sophisticated hotel, well stylish, design and very highly-techy… I love their rooms with a video viewing the outside each in every rooms to know whos in the outside… the lights are highly techy, too. Clean and Tidy Hotel. Its so near to Petra Jordan, main entrance… I love the ambiance outside this hotel too. 🇯🇴📍🔆 Try their Petra Kitchen. The chef will help you cook the middle eastern food and you all eat together. I meet a lot of nice people during this experience. ♥ Very Unique.

Very Good hotel with excellent position, close to the Sick Gate. Very nice terrace to' enjoy sunset and dinner, but the rooms where not the best: air conditioning system was a bit noisy and not Easy to' set the Desired temperature as well as cleaning could slightly improve.

Very clean luxury rooms. Buffet style breakfast & dinner. Very tasty. Tried several new dishes native to Jordan's dishes.

Lovely hotel,very close the entrance of the Petra. Excellent staff and the food is great. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are a great addition. Definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Petra.

What a good experience. Rooftop buffet restaurant exceeded all expectations. Food was fantastic. Great location with a short 400m walk to the Petra entrance. Wish we could stay longer.

Very good hotel! We had a family room for 3 nights and were very happy with it: spacious and superb beds! Bathroom rather sufficient. You get free bottled water on the room for brushing your teeth.
Food wise this hotel offers really good and fresh variety! And it is really close to the Petra entrance up the hill beside the museum 👍🏻

We spent one night in Petra Moon. hospitality was amazing. staff was very helpful. the room was at the highest standard with
respect to the furniture and facilities as well as cleanliness. we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. i recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

Exceptional hospitality, inexpensive with great dinner and breakfast experience! So close to the entrance to Petra that you can walk there in 2 minutes. Such good value for money. All was perfect. Go there to visit Petra!

Great hotel at 3 min walking distance from the entrance of the Petra old town. Impeccable service, very kind people from all staff. We had 2 little shortcomings in the room that were fixed after a call in literally 5 mins. The food is of really high quality and very varied, both local and international flavours.
There's also a little characteristic shop inside the hotel with a skilful and nice guy selling local products.

Stood here for two nights while in Petra and had an excellent experience. As soon as you arrive they greet you with tea and a cookie. The customer service was superb. The food they offered for breakfast and dinner were really good. The location is perfect as it is right next to the park entrance which is really good especially when you have had a long day exploring Petra.

Modern hotel situated about 100m from Petra entrance. Shops and restaurants nearby, taxis available too. Staff are always tidy, well dressed and helpful and friendly. Al-a-cart dinner and breakfast on half boarding. Food prepared has many options and tastes available. This is a alcohol free hotel. Wheelchair friendly.

Unbelievable. Right in front of the access gate to Petra, we took a five bed room (just look at the photos!) for our family at an incredible price, luxurious, continuosly serviced by a friendly staff and a rooftoop swimming pool with a view to the mountains you are going to travel the next dawn (recommended be the first to enter, you'll be practically alone fior the spiritual experience)

Overall very impressed about this hotel extra mind hospitality and excellent services.
Room provided all necessary facilities and comfortable bed. (Special toiletries and welcoming snack also there)
Location is best for Petra main gate entrance.
Dinner was great especially Grilled Chicken Mandi, we melted ❤❤
