We had a really great dinner.

Really good and tasty food not overpriced. The size of the plates is really good. The shawarma is a must, best in Town!

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming helping us with our choices, specially Mustafa.

The place is very well located.

food was very good it was located just in front of our hotel and we were too tired to go anywhere else but it was definitely worth it! staff were very nice and restaurant interior was had a Bedouin feel

Great food, great customer service and good value. We picked some different dishes to share and it was all delicious. Including a recommendation from our waiter which turned out great! Atmosphere is very classical, which was nice, only down is that there were a bit too many flies around, some extra traps around the tables would help. Overall great choice if you go eat there!

Well located local food restaurant. With good prices and large quantities, we ate great and we will surely repeat throughout our trip. We were served by Bisu, he was very attentive and cordial, he invited us to tea and some typical local sweets.

We ate Arabic shawarma and halabi shawarma, amazing! Service is the best service we had while in Petra! Captain Osama is the best! If you are around don’t forget to come you will have the best local food with the nicest people in town!

They provide the menu with pictures that helps a lot.
The portion of meals are large, suggesting that splitting the food. I personally recommend Kofta with tomatoes, it’s just simply wonderful.

I really liked the food. We ordered Kofte and Shawarma. The portions were large. We received free hummus, tea and cookies. The waiter is very nice and talks to guests in a very natural and pleasant way.

We were advised to come here and I am glad that we did.
The menu is pretty extensive and has all the Jordanian favourites you'd expect.
The food quality is very good and you can have a meal for approx 10JOD.

We were recommended by our taxi driver to try this place during our visit to Petra. It is a local restaurant with a lot of great options, our waiter Osama was very kind and made sure we had a great experience!

Very tasty food. I ordered mixed BBQ with chicken and lamb, both meets and tomato 'omlette' were really nicely spiced. As a starter we ordered eggplant dip.
We've even got free mint tea after dinner. Service was super nice and helpful.

Had a great dinner here. Moustafa was very sweet and joked around with us. Food was spot on. Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the Fallafel and the Mousaka and both were fantastic. Also portions are huge and prices are fair!

This place is simply outstanding! Super kind personnel, with a smile and positive attitude. We got a free appetizer, then we ordered grilled lamb and vegetable stew (eggplant, pepper, tomatoes). Everything was delicious.
They give fries with the grilled meat, so if you are not fan of it, let them know in advance.
Baklava as a dessert was also great.

This was the best restaurant we ate during our trip in Jordan. They serve a good portion. Wide range of selection of different food. They welcome everyone with big heart. We even came back 3 times to this place to eat and drink. Thank you for being such good hosts. Try the kofta and mansaf and also hummus with lamb. Absolutely fabulous.

The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Fast service and nice atmosphere. Only thing that bugged me was one of the waiters, I think Egyptian guy who was very grim with only us (as Jordanians) I saw him spent so long taking one order and being nice with foreigners but when he came to us he was with a frown, not a nice word and he was so in a hurry taking the order saying he’s busy.. when we ordered one extra thing he looked so upset about it. But the place still deserves 5 stars!

We were recommend this restaurant by our hotel. The menu has lots to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.
We visited twice for dinner.  The bread is warmed up nicely to go with the complimentary dips and salad.
The shish taouk is delicious..perfect chicken with a great flavour. We ordered it twice. The Arabic shawama is good.  The mansaf whilst tasty came with 2 pieces of lamb but unfortunately one piece didn't have any meat and was just bone hence I was a little disappointed.
The service is excellent and the people running the place are super friendly and upbeat.
Enjoyed the complimentary tea and the baklava are amazing. From the local bakery just up the road.  Thank you.
