Great Deal. We payed 31JOD for two nights and two people.
The owner is very helpful and honest. Staff is nice as well. You can buy Snacks and Water at the Hostel for local prices, which is 25% of what you pay in a Supermarket (and looking Like a tourist). They offer breakfast and Dinner.
The Common area hast free WiFi, free water and a nice View. Its very clean.
The Cubicles offer a Lot of privacy but it can be very loud. The owner does His best to prevent this.
You should know: they Videotape the corridors in which the Cubicles are, so you should Always wear clothes in your way to the bathroom. They have a Cat which tries to get into the sleeping area, the toilets (as usual in such countrys) stink pretty badly because of the plumming and there are not many showers available.

I can still absolutely recommend this Hostel

For 11 pounds i had the best sleep,it has dinner on site from 19-30 to 22 for 7 JOD,or you can eat a nodle soup for 1 pound,be careful with the name is petra cabin hostel,is the old name so dont get confused.

Ottimo ostello a pochi passi dall’entrata di Petra, le cabine sono semplici e pulite come anche il bagno sempre in ordine, il tutto condizionato.&
Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati.
Con pochi Jordan si può avere colazione e cena che consiglio vivamente viste le quantità offerte e la varietà di piatti locali.
E presente un market con prezzi non turistici e una sala fumatori.
Assolutamente da segnalare la gentilezza del personale alla ricezione e di tutto lo staff.

Great place, food is amazing and the store they have is very reasonably priced. The cubical rooms are lockable, showers are very clean. I do highly recommend and will stay again. This place is big in respecting peoples safety and space. If your looking to party and be loud, don't stay here.

I knocked 1 star off because they turned the AC off in the room/cubical area at like 630-7am while there was people still sleeping, including me, so I woke up pretty sweaty...i was trying to sleep in a little (like 8 lol) by 8 it was very uncomfortable to be in.

Note: watch my video to find the enterance....they lock the hostel up at midnight. You gotta ask permission if u want to return after. They might say yes or no.

C'est en fait au Cabine hostel que vous tombez. Personnel agréable, confortable, pas loin de l'entrée, le buffet bien.
Petit points négatifs sur l'insonorisation des chambres et sur le fait que dans la salle de bain hommes, surtout le matin, une seule cabine était ouverte et il fallait attendre longtemps avant de pouvoir aller aux toilettes.
