Extremely friendly, helpful and informative staff. Our room was quiet and cozy facing to the back of the building. Air conditioner worked fine. At the time of our visit the restaurant next door gave 20% discount for the guests of the Cleopatra Hotel. We left to Petra early and we got our breakfast packed up which was great.

Amazing, amazing hotel. Excellent value for money, rooms are clean and functional, good location. One of the owners is also a tour guide and can provide excellent advice for you to get the most out of your trip to Petra - he totally changed our experience for the better. Other pluses are the early breakfast and bagged lunch available. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a Petra trip.

Best hotel I have stayed in while in Jordan. Family owned. Highly recommend this hotel. Wi-Fi good. Room good. Price very reasonable. Also includes excellent breakfast. The guys are guides and can tell you what you need to know. Book buses, everything. I wish they had this hotel in ever town in Jordan.

Great deal! You get a lot of services for the cheap price you pay. The rooms are really clean and quiet. The owner are so friendly and helpful. They drive you directly to the visitor center or the bus station. And there is really warm water to shower.

As a solo female traveler I really appreciated the correctness of all the personal. No inappropriate flirting or anything of this kind.

As I was a bit sick I could relax and recharge my batteries before to continue my trip.

Very friendly staff, simple rooms with surprisingly comfy beds, free transport to Petra and reasonable prices.
Next day laundry service available.
I can only recommend their home cooked dinner!!

We had such a great experience here! The owner, Mosleh, makes you feel soso welcomed and at home right away!! We had a private room which was very clean (bedding smelled like fresh laundry!) , had soap and shampoo, and fresh towels waiting for us. He helps arrange shuttle for you to the Petra visitor center and the entire staff was always ready to help us with a smile. If you let him know the night before, he also prepares a prepacked lunch for you which was nice to snack on while we were exploring Petra.

During my stay, I hand washed some trousers and they took it to the rooftop to help sun dry it in time. When I came down to checkout the next morning it was waiting for me dry and folded up in a bag. Mosleh even went out of his way to help us find other travelers to split a taxi ride to Wadi Rum with. The driver he recommended was fantastic and we decided to ask him to drive us from WadiRum to the Dead Sea the next day as well. We really enjoyed our two night stay here and would definitely recommend Cleopetra to anyone visiting Wadi Musa !!

A small and cheap hotel 5 mins far from Petra entrnce. You can meet people from all the world and have good converstaions in the hall.
The room are small but full optional, with air conditioned and free wifi (good speed).

You feel like a home! Very clean and calm hotel, friendly staff! Very welcomed and educated guide!

Very warm welcome at thé office, room are simple and clean.
Breakfast could be a bit better (with local fruits as exemple) but it's fine.
We recomand.
