Our stay at Bubble Luxotel Petra was nothing short of enchanting. While we initially considered a lower rating due to some maintenance issues, the exceptional service provided by the staff quickly elevated our experience to a solid 5 stars.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. As vegans, we were delighted to find that they went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs, preparing some truly marvelous vegan meals for us. The smoked rice and aubergine dish was an absolute highlight, one of the best we've ever had! Additionally, the abundance of hibiscus juice and tea was a delightful treat for our taste buds.

Although the property could benefit from some renovation and maintenance, the unique experience of staying in the bubbles more than made up for it. The breathtaking views and cozy atmosphere within the bubbles created an unforgettable ambiance.

Our only recommendation for Bubble Luxotel Petra would be to prioritize renovation and maintenance to ensure that future guests can fully enjoy the incredible experience of staying in these unique accommodations.

In conclusion, despite the minor maintenance issues, our stay at Bubble Luxotel Petra exceeded all expectations thanks to the impeccable service and delicious vegan offerings. We wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating and look forward to returning in the future.

While we didn’t get to stay here, unfortunately, we had stopped here for a little unexpected coffee break on our way back from Petra. The manager Mr. Dirar and staff member Mr. Guruwinder’s warm hospitality was such a boost to our tired souls. They made sure our little ones were happy and allowed us to even tour their wonderful premises. Will never forget how they kindly offered some ice-cream for our girls on the house too♥
The facilities were amazing and well maintained. A must try for those visiting Petra. Also, was able to watch a beautiful sunset there!

Such an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff could not do more to make you feel welcome. Food was lovely and the views from the hotel and stars at night looking up through the pod were amazing. The bed and jacuzzi were amazing at night.

The location is perfect for entering Petra from the back entrance at little Petra. You can get a ticket at this entrance and I’m so pleased I started from this side.

We spend two weeks in Jordan, there are a few things I will remember, the sunset from the jacuzzi on the terrace of this hotel is one of them: the view is outstanding. Service is great, staff is really helpful and will answer to all your needs. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended.

This Bubble Luxotel is such a dream location! Not only did we have the best views here with a Jacuzzi, The service and hospitality is the best too! King Abdulla drove us wherever we wanted to go and he didn’t even charge us! The receptionist Guri was so sweet and polite. The Chef Ayad was so nice, he came all the way to our table to ask what we wanted to eat and we could request him for anything! For breakfast, lunch and dinner. And it was delicious. They even have a traditional Shisha lounge and there was a local singer Saad who was singing and playing his instrument for us. They took such good care of us and always made sure we are comfortable.
I recommend this hotel to everyone. This is a place you need to see at least once in your life! It was a dream come true for me and my friend!

It’s far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Petra, and the view is breathtaking and unhindered. By any structures. It’s mountains, trees, and yourself.

The location is amazing only 16 minutes from Petra . The vibes are immaculate. The service is phenomenal and the rooms are great. We went in off-season so it was emptier than usual. I loved everything about the place. The managers son and the workers there were absolutely the best. Would stay again 100%.

First of all, its located in the middle of a desert, so you automatically expect amenities to be lower. I was wrong everytime!

“Exceptional staff at unique hotel ”
The hotel's customer service manager, Amir, went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We felt pampered. He truly couldn't do enough to help us. The service was impeccable in every respect . We enjoyed the entire experience : the breathtaking views, especially the sunsets and bright stars. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable . A brief visit into the on-site Bedouin tent was also memorable.

15 minute drive from Petra but worth the visit. Bubble with outside jacuzzi. Wonderful view and gorgeous sunset. Situated on a hill so beware of the slope. It is, however, paved.
Restaurant buffet but with a wide choice.

Spectacular views and sunset, amazing staff, good food. 15-20 minutes to Petra with free morning and afternoon transfers. Mostly adults but we stayed with our two kids (6 & 8) who loved it and the staff took care of them exceptionally well.

We loved it!!! We took the rooms with the forward facing view and loved how comfortable they were, and warm on those freezing winter nights. In the morning we just walked out into the desert to explore. There is so much to do around there. The star gazing was a true highlight! The food was wonderful. It felt like staying on Mars.

Such a cool experience!! Rooms are very intimate and the views and sunsets on your private hot tub are unreal. Also had no idea breakfast and dinner were included and they were actually delicious! Then the little sheesha Bedouin tent at night was so cool and a great way to end the night.

It's a fabulous place with a definite wow factor. The bubble tents are really fun to stay in, especially given that they have a hottub, sun loungers, and patio sets each. The breakfast and dinner are both buffets with a lot on offer

Very professional the views are amazing, saw a meteor shower, close to little Petra and not far from Petra, glamping how it should be done. Oh yes and a private jacuzzi which was great after a long day.

We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM but luckily there were available rooms. The staff let us check in early and also they brought us to view both types of room that were available. They had briefing for every group of their guests and offered welcome drinks. The view and the sunset was magnificent. Even though the location was far for the main area but they offered dinner which was included when I booked. For dinner, the food portion was big we couldn’t finish and they had dessert also. If you travel by bus from Amman to Petra. It will take you around 18 mins drive to reach here from the jett bus station wadi musa. We paid 10 JD for taxi to come here.

The only thing they can improve is the dust on the floor. However, you’ll be fine cos they offered slippers.
