Great local cuisine. I recommend juices from fresh fruit. My favorite was lemon with mint. After each food you get local berber tea. Service was very fast and helpful, even the restaurant was full. We were there twice during our two nights stay here.

So wonderful! We had a delicious dinner here and loved the welcoming vibe and fantastic service. Our waiter and the staff were attentive, friendly and so hospitable. The food was fantastic- great vegetarian options, and at reasonable prices a bit lower than other Petra venues. Make sure you leave room for dessert! Highly recommended!

Homey place up the hill from where we stayed. The servers are wonderfully friendly. I got the sawani chicken and my partner ordered the lamb chops - both were great although mine was a tad salty. Nonetheless their arayis was delicious! Overall great meal. I saw that they actually flip the maqluba/upside down dish right at the table!

We just loved the local Jordanian food at this restaurant that was recommended by our friendly transfer driver. The food was very tasty and they were all cooked using local ingredients. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again.

Wow! So delicious! The lemon with mint was super refreshing since they make it frappe-style. It isn’t on the menu so be sure to ask for the hummus with meat. Yum. And the sajian was just as good. They were super kind and everything was made fresh and quickly. It’s away from the hustle and bustle so you can take the time to enjoy your meal without inhaling the petrol fumes from the Tourism street (rightly named).

This restaurant is amazing, super recommend. Maybe only for a drink-don’t miss the lemon with mint- or for a full meal you’ll leave full and super happy to have chosen these guys! The food in very fresh. The staff is so nice. The place is clean and cute.
Also, very important: they helped me with coeliac disease. I showed them the card written in Arabic and in just few minutes they were suggesting what to have and what to avoid. Such a plus when travelling in an adventurous way. Don’t miss it when in Petra!

Lovely restaurant, slightly off the beaten track. We had a delicious meal including salads & dips, the upside down dish and Sajiat accompanied by the best pomegranate juice we’ve had so far in Jordan and some 10/10 desserts! Would highly recommend the Saijat! Service was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere at the restaurant, which felt very laid back. All was very reasonably price. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Petra!

Incredibly good food and very friendly, smiling staff. There are many travellers eating here and the atmosphere is as great as food! Totally worth visiting, we came back the next day to try another dishes from menu.

Great authentic food. The bread and beef (arais) is the best we had and can easily compete with that in Turkey!. The Sajiat ( meat with colored pepper) is exceptional. You can try also the kafta with the tahini if you want something more strong and authentic. The cabob is also excellent. Make sure to wait for the complementary hot tea with mint!

We highly recommend this place. The food was very good with a home-made taste to it. It was like mama's food. The service was excellent! The waiter was very welcoming, patient and friendly. He asked about our food, gave us recommendations and even gave us some tea on the house. He made our experience better. Hope we can come back soon :)

The most beautiful service and food. Favourite meal in Jordan. We were sad to have only discovered it on our last night in Wadi Musa as we could have eaten there many times. Lots of yummy vegetarian options available also. And make sure to try desert

Food was amazing and the service exceptional.
We had The Man Cave appetizer (2 salads - tomato & cucumber, & 2 hummus - eggplant & traditional *best hummus I've tried in my life - taste & texture*), kofta with sesame & chicken saijah - we could'nt stop eating even though we were full.
We liked it so much that we even order other things to have for dinner!
100% recommended.

This is literally the best restaurant in Wadi Musa. The Sajiat and Arayes are sooooo delicious. The staff are also so amazing and friendly, we came here two days in a row. Lovely restaurant and lovely people!
