Town Season Hotel

Beautiful hotel in Wadi Musa. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Petra. The room was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, recommending what we should do and even moved our car for us! The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle was very convenient as well. We will definitely come back!

My stay at Town Season hotel was amazing and I will come back for sure. Everything is super clean and new, and staff is super helpful and gentle, especially Mr. Ali. We were provided with free drive from and to Petra. Breakfast was amazing, even for vegans like me.

It's a boutique hotel, so the stuff really makes sure you will good and get all the info needed. Location is amazing, the hotel is literally in the center of Wadi Musa, and main square is 200m away.

My husband and I stayed in town season hotel this week and had an amazing stay. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is beautifully furnished and really clean. The bed is comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious.

Perhaps the best part of our experience was the warm, friendly and kind staff, everyone was so helpful and could not have done more. We didn’t get too many names but each person we interacted with from reception staff to the gentleman who works on roof terrace were absolutely lovely.

We had so much support with the shuttle bus arrangements to and from Petra visitor centre and transport arrangements to the airport. Any questions or queries we had, there was nothing they were unable to help with.

The customer service was truly amazing and we feel lucky to have had such a pleasant stay in Petra.

The hotel is faultless in my opinion and we would recommend you stay here 100%.

My best hotel in our journey to Jordan! We have enjoyed our stay too much, nice and professional staff, warm welcome from the first step, clean and comfortable rooms, free shuttle to Petra visitor's center, and stunning views from the rooftop. Highly recommended.

dont book anywhere else for Petra - just here. the staff and food are amazing. the shuttle service is on demand. cannot complain. so so hospitable. shisha is also banging. have dinner upstairs at sunset. the views are epic

BEST HOTEL in JORDAN!!!
It’s all about the little details, the staff is highly educated, well manner, perfect English, when you check in they offer you a drink while they carry your luggage to the room, the attention to the detail it’s what’s the most important when you are tired after a long day travel!

The hotel room is super nice, you know usually there are all this dirt marks, broken things, the room look very well maintained and with care to details!

I been traveling from Israel to Jordan for a month and this place was like heaven!

I even extended my stay for two days because I needed a nice place before continue my journey!

Extras: they do free shuttle to Petra and they will help you with other things if you need seriously they really helpful!

Sheer luxury, brilliant service, supper clean, great idea having restaurant on 4th floor, great view. In the centre of a bustling community. Lots of interesting things to do.

It is a very nice hotel. Clean and well equipped. Close to all the restaurants and super market and to Petra site. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Jordan! Ali and Mahmoud, the managers have been really great and took care of us. They drove us to Petra and picked us up when we were tired. Thanks guys it was a lovely trip thanks to you!

Great location for accessing Petra. Really clean rooms and all the facilities. The whole hotel smelt so good. Breakfast was lovely and great view from the rooftop. Very friendly staff and the free transfer to the Petra entrance was a luxury!

This is a small pretty hotel. Excellent service from everyone. The rooms are well appointed & very comfortable. Ours had some cool tech additions like a remote for all the lights. They utilize motion sensor lights for the hallways & stairs to save energy. The view from the dining room is fantastic.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff was truly amazing and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast included everything you could ask for and was delicious.

An oasis of peace and serenity, Town Season provides much needed relaxation after a long day in Petra.
The property sits right next to the town square and offers a quick shuttle to the Petra welcome center.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the large (and complimentary) breakfast served to all guests in the morning.
I would highly recommend this hotel as your place of stay while in Petra.

Our stay in town season hotel was fantastic. Mahmoud and Ali were the warmest hosts we have ever had. He welcomed us like family and helped us plan our trip to Petra. The evening meal with the magnificent view of the city and the most beautiful sunset was also great. Both their dinner and breakfast were complete and very tasty. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Petra for a magical stay where you can relax after a physical day in Petra and feel like coming home.

Nice hotel with good location. The personal is very pleasant, helped to park the car.
They arrange the transfer to Petra free of charge. You can also buy tickets for Petra by night here and they will pick you up to Petra and back to the hotel for 3 JOD.

Front desk was very friendly with amazing service. They offered free taxi service round trip between the hotel and the entrance to Petra. Breakfast was also nice, lots of food to choose from the buffet plus a nice view of town. Extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting.
