Petra Main Gate Apartment

One of the best accommodation we've been so far for a good price.
Very comfortable and clean rooms, communal bathrooms but very clean and modern, warm welcoming atmosphere, cozy furnishing and design. And super friendly host who would provide you with lots of advices and help. Also he's always up for a nice chat or a Shisha at the rooftop balcony (unfortunately he didn't have too much time when we've been there with the most sweetest excuse ;) ).
We absolutely recommend this place and wish host and soon-to-be-wife the very best!

Amazing guest house really 50 meters away from the petra main gate. Super helpful in giving us directions during our staying in jordan and helping us to get tested for our flight back, directly in Petra, with the lab guy coming in our place. Super tasty meal served on the rooftop. Clean house with air conditioning. Superb price and quality

One of the most beautiful experience in Petra, the apartment really amazing and clean, you can find everything you want, only two minutes walking to the visitor center close enough to everything, and the host Jandal he's really nice, friendly and helpful always ready to assist you with all the advice you need during your trip in Petra and also whole Jordan.

Very cosy and very nice hosts. Super close to petra and restaurants. And very affordable and the human experience is way better than the big hotels next to them.
The rooms are heated and the bed is comfortable.
Special thanks to Ramzi who made our stay so perfect that we added another night in Petra to visit with him wadi moussa from a pure local angle.

What you should know before come here:
- The hostel is just beside the Petra Visitor Center (+-3mins). This is very important, maybe you will find something more cheap in Wadi Musa's downtown, but to get there you will need walk up a hill (and after all day walking in Petra you only want to arrive to the room).
- There is a shared-use kitchen, if you want cook you will find everything you need, even condiments for free. This is also very nice if you want save money (restaurants are not cheap in the area)
- You will find few mini markets with good price around.
- Free filtered water or tea in the hostel.
- The room was very comfortable, tidy and clean.
- The room don't have air conditioned, but it has a fan, maybe is not enough for you in summer.
- 3 dinars if you want use the laundry.
- Wifi works good.
- The owner was very nice and helpful.
- You can book by Airbnb and Booking. Check the price in both before book it.

Si no necesitas toda clase de lujos para sobrevivir este apartamento es ideal. Es sencillo pero tiene todo lo necesario. Está a tan solo dos minutos andando de la entrada de visitantes de Petra. El dueño muy amable y tienes cerca un montón de opciones de restaurantes y varios supermercados. Muy buena experiencia
