Tetra Tree Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tetra Tree Hotel for two nights, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. The value for money was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the owner and staff.
Our room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation, and the views of the town from our window were simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a picturesque scene each morning was a true delight.
But it wasn't just the accommodation that impressed us; the food was a culinary delight. Each meal was prepared with utmost care, and the flavors were nothing short of delicious. The variety of dishes offered catered to different tastes, and we were left fully satisfied after every meal.
What truly set Tetra Tree Hotel apart was the exceptional level of friendliness and attentiveness displayed by the owner and staff. Their genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. From offering helpful recommendations for local attractions to ensuring our needs were met, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn.
In conclusion, our experience at Tetra Tree Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of the spacious and comfortable room, the delectable food, and the warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Very nice and clean hotel.
The room was spacious and clean, with an astounding view on the mountains.
The breakfast was served on the roof top with a matching view, with omelettes prepared on demand.

The only negative bit is that windows cannot be opened, and there is nothing to change the air in the room if you wish to do so.

Visiting Petra cannot be done in a day moreover if you want to see it by day and night. We had 2 marvellous nights in this hotel. We had 2 big communicating rooms, so the parents and kids had their own rooms, what the kids were enjoying to the maximum. Very close to the street with restaurants. It has a grate view to the valley as it sits on top.i

Very nice, well maintained hotel. All staff appear to be happy to work here, making a good atmosphere. The filipino lady makes a very nice breakfast omelette, the cleaners doing their job above expectation. There is a roof bar, with a good view of the city, small variety of drinks, but they make good shisha.

I really liked this hotel. Everything is new, the rooms are clean, the staff are super friendly and just happy to see us. The view from the window was pretty enough of the city and its lights. The hotel has a terrace where you can have dinner and breakfast in the evening, which was very nice. The breakfast was quite big and I liked everything. I really liked the chair that was in our room. it is super comfortable, which is what you need after a long walk in Petra.

The hotel staff were great, we were impressed with the hospitality and good treatment. We had a problem with the car and the rental company and both the reception staff and the owner helped us. They called the police because the company didn't listen to us and the car didn't work. They took us to little Petra for free, they gave us food, coffee, water, etc. A 10, totally grateful to the hotel staff. Good location, facilities. Breakfast and dinner were great.

This hotel was practical but at the same time very comfortable. It is a five minutes drive from Petra's visitor centre. It has a good enough parking lot. It has a metal detector at the entrance (so it would be safe if any receptions in Jordan ever paid them any mind). The room was incredibly spacious!! We had one queen size bed each!! The matress was comfortable and plushy. Breakfast was on a beautiful terrace overloonking Petra: very beautiful. A chef cooked eggs however we wanted it. Rich buffet. Our bathroom shower'd foor was broken but it doesn't change my review: it can be easily repaired.

Well located hotel with views over Wadi Musa. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Room clean, spacious and with comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. Tip: Have a drink on the rooftop terrace at sunset.

This was definitely the best place I've stayed in Jordan. Let's start by the staff: they were absolutely lovely, kind, spoke great English and were among the most polite people I have met. Then there's the rooftop with an amazing view over Wadi Musa and Petra mountains. It was a dream to have breakfast looking at these. The food was very good, especially the dinner buffet which included a wide variety of fresh salads. The rooms were huge and well maintained. I can recommend this place 100%. Thank you for the great experience!

Very friendly staff, we made a mistake in our booking but they were so helpful and made sure everything was taken care of for us. The rooms are fantastic value, clean, good view, good quality bed. The entire hotel is spotless.
The hotel has a good location, a car helps because the walk to Petra is steep.
Only minus is that the swimming pool was in the basement and the buffet dinner was mediocre. However, the terrace is a great place to relax and the breakfast is good!

For the price this place is actually a bargain, amazing view and near the city , everything is clean and their breakfast was good as well

We had a great time at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, food is pretty good, and it is well located if you're visiting Petra. If it is not cloudy or too windy, the rooftop is amazing with great views. Best of all, manager Ibrahim showed us a great time and personalized experience. We would stay again.

I had the best experience in my lifetime.
The view from the roof top terrace is amazing, you can see the old Petra city , 5 minutes with the car to Petra .The employees from the hotel were so helpful and kind .I will like to recommend this hotel and also to thank to AbdulRahman the Yemeny employee 🇾🇪 and to Esmeralda for the kindness and help.
Great experience.

This is a great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a great view! Its location might be a downside for some, but we didn't mind the 30-minute walk to the visitor center. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was really strong and fast. There is a pool on site, but we didn't have time to check it out.

Hotel Location is good, Parking is there. They have swimming pool, A Small Gym, A Good resturant. Beautifull views can be seen from the Roof Top.
They offered Good BreakFast. Rooms are Neat and Clean.
Only Problem is their Washrooms sanitory fittings are not good. Maybe have to adjust it. But over all it is good to stay their.

Tetra Tree Hotel is one of the good hotel in Petra, located at the central location, mosque, market, restaurants, night life are on 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

The room was big and good with all basic things available in the room, Wi-Fi, mini bar, AC, LED, wardrobe, safety locker etc.

The hotel have roof top restaurant with beautiful city view where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have variety of food in breakfast

This hotel is a little gem, I loved it! Extremely affordable compared to alternatives (we stayed in movenpick the night before) and has a decent standard of cleanliness. There is a gorgeous roof terrace with a restaurant serving basic food. Swimming pool and buffet breakfast for 8jod. Free fast wifi and decent sized rooms. Front desk service from Ismail was amazing. A small vacant block across the street can be used for free parking. It is not perfect and you will notice imperfections but great for the price.
