P Quattro Relax Hotel

We loved our stay at this hotel! Ashley, the manager upgraded us to a family room when she saw we are traveling with a baby! They packed lunch for us everyday, and gave my son gifts at the front desk. We haven't seen such generosity at a hotel before. If we're ever back to Wadi Musa, we'll definitely stay at this hotel!

Best accommodation ever, I felt like my home

It will stay in our memory forever.

Starting with the big five-star room with a great view and they have a very beautiful roof and also the surprise was that they have two swimming pools.

The food is varied and the front office is great, I thank all the staff for their kindness,

I would also like to say that everyone is ready to help you even if it's late,

Really good hotel, the food was really good and we loved the lemon mint juice. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
It is right at the center of wadi Musa, close are restaurants, pharmacies, coffees, markets, etc anything is at a walkable distance.

Amazing , family run hotel. I felt at home from the first moment. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortably furnished and very clean and the breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires.

Among my travels, across multiple continents and countries, and more hotel stays then I can remember... this hotel experience is definitely among the best! (Top... 5?)

The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, the pool was great after a hot walk in Petra.

Actually it deserves to be evaluated 100, everything was great food and the room was with a view of the Petra mountains and it was really a great thing, they have many events in the hotel, they are really a perfect hotel,

And I thank all the staff for their kindness and friendliness .

Best quality and cleanliness we have found in Jordan so far!
We got a welcome drink at arrival, and take away breakfast for our visit to Petra!
Staff is friendly and very helpful, Mohammed at reception gave us many good tips for our visit to Petra.
Breakfast is abundant and delicious.
We had a nice chat with the owner, which is a great guy, and we realized how much he cares for quality and cleanliness of his place (plus he speaks perfect Italian which is a nice bonus!)
Location is great and the hotel offers free transport from and to Petra entrance.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel - I had issues with my Credit card on that day and the reception allowed me to use the hotel phone and offered to help - this cannot be taken granted! Furthermore, the breakfast Buffet is quite large for such a small hotel. Good Location close to Petra.

Really good hotel, good quality - price relationship, staff was really friendly and rooms were big and clean, they have a small swimming pool in the rooftop.

great place to explore Petra. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean & spacious, with a balcony and a nice view. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. One day we left very early to see Petra (before the breakfast opened) and they prepared breakfast bags for us, very sweet :) Once we left, we forgot some jackets and a sunglasses in the room, and Ashley was supernice to contact us and keep everything safe until we came back a few days later.

From the hotel, it's a very short ride to the entrance of Petra. Guess you could even walk.

All in all a very clean, nice & friendly place to be, we would love to come back :)

He is simply the best host you can get. Dedicated, always looking for ways to make you happy and to make you enjoy your stay at the hotel.
The hotel itself is very nice, great food, perfect localisation, fresh pool which is great after a long day in Petra.

The hotel is great but what makes it 5-star worthy is the people. Absolutely amazing, guessing our needs before we have them, giving us ample details about Petra, what is good and what is not. In the morning we left to see Petra before the restaurant opened for breakfast and returned after the closing hours. They prepared us a to-go meal to take with us in the car, without us asking just because they are so nice!

I really fell in love with this hotel. No praise will be sufficient for it, in my view. It is not a big hotel, but it makes you forget this by the behavior of the polite, efficient and helpful staff.
We arrived there in the evening, having driven from Amman, in time for the Petra Night Show. Since we would miss dinner, the concierge at the hotel offered to lay out dinner in our room, out of the buffet. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety that awaited us on our return! What a spread it was! We were really astonished at their generosity. There was a lavish array of food, enough to feed four people, with generous appetites.
The test of a good hotel is the quality of it's beds and this small hotel surpassed my expectations many times over. The mattress on the bed was excellent, the pillows, soft and comfortable. I do not remember when I'd ever slept so deeply and soundly on any vacation earlier.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of continental and local cuisine, apart from the usual fruits and cereals.
They have a wonderful rooftop swimming pool with chairs to sit in the Sun. Their spa is excellent I had been told, but I wasn't able to check for myself, being pressed for time.
They also have a small corner near the reception that houses a large collection of souvenirs at surprisingly low prices.
I can only reiterate, how wonderful this small hotel is, a little jewel of hospitality. I do hope I'm able to revisit them someday soon.

Our car battery died and I walked into this hotel to seek help. Muhammad from reception saved us and gathered a local gentleman to help jump start our car, even though I was not a guest. A fantastic example of Jordanian hospitality and kindness, they even refused to take any money as a thank you. Highly recommend as I expect their hotel service to be as impressive. Thank you Muhammad

One of the best hotels I've stayed in my life, and I hope to visit again.

Super nice and helpfull staff. Receptionist gave us lunch boxes to survive petra trip, in evening they helped us finding restaurants with local food, on depaeting we got a box full of biscuits to make our car trip to dead sea sweater. Thanks a lot for your extra warm welcoming in your hotel. :-)

I stayed here for several days whilst travelling all around Jordan to experience the ancient city of Petra. The front of house staff, Tamim, Abu Sufyan and especially Mohammed Alnaemat are a credit to the hotel. Such genuine and hospitable young men. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The rooms are exactly what you would expect from a 4* hotel. The daily breakfast was good with many options to select from. Additionally, the hotel arranged a packed lunch for the days we visited Petra including a shuttle service to and from with no extra cost. This was well received and a testament to their high level of service. The best hotel I have visited and if I ever return to Wadi Musa, I will stay here without question.
