Great experience.
Parking across the road, special shoutout to the helpful staff who assisted in getting my car fixed up.
Pool is clean and has a nice view.
Room was spacious.
Would recommend staying here.

An affordable hotel near the Ancient Rock City of Petra (within 5 minutes by car). First of all: The hotel staff are wonderful. The welcome with a drink was very pleasant, the check-in was fast. They brought our suitcases to our room, they accommodated us in everything. Upon request, they prepared a rich snack package for us instead of breakfast. On the day of departure, they let us use the beautiful hotel pool after check-out. The hotel's rooftop pool is amazing, refreshing, with the option of refreshments right by the pool. Our quadruple room was big enough, clean. The air conditioning in the room was efficient. Highly reccomended.

On a 5 minute drive from the entrence of Petra, thos hotel has nice rooms, a clean rooftop pool, great breakfast and a very friendly staff. My girlfriend got sick in our previous hotel and the staff had given us everything to help her recover such as specific easy-for-the-stomach meals, more bottled water and were even worried about her. Great hotel.

Good rooms with comfy beds, showers were hot in the morning and warm in the evening when I was there in November. Has an elevator roof top sitting area with pool, breakfast had good selection, was not there for any lunch and dinner service. Close to a couple small markets to get chips and drinks.

Very nice hotel with top service. Everything we needed they provided. The room was very nice, spacious, with a balcony with a very nice view and also the heating was working very fine. It was warm and cozy. The food was delicious. They served us also traditional food which was just perfect. We enjoyed also the spa which was relaxing. And also we enjoyed a very nice view of the sunset on the rooftop bar. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to stay there again next time we visit Petra.

Hotel close to Petra! They also help with taxi service to get to and from sites. In the photo of my review is the number of the gentleman who drove me to the sites. You can WhatsApp him.

The hotel itself has large rooms and comfortable beds. They provide breakfast and dinner. There is a pool and massage m/Turkish bath services as well for an additional charge. Our room had a balcony and we could see sunrise. Great place to stay!

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Great rooftop lounge/pool. The customer service is what makes this hotel! The manager is unbelievably accommodating and super friendly. Stay here :)

Amazing! This is easily a 4 star, or even a 5 star hotel.
- Newly renovated rooms; very comfy beds, nice thick carpets, beautiful furniture and the overall design.
- The facilities in the room: we had everything available, or brought to us immediately upon asking.
- The view from the private balcony as well as from the rooftop terrace is fantastic.
- The pool on the rooftop is great.
- The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Especially Jehad (Jihad?) - he's been absolutely amazing in making our stay exceptionally comfortable, and showed us true Jordanian hospitality. The hotel management should give him a raise ;). We cannot thank him enough. Young man has a bright future in the hospitality industry!
- Great location: 5 minutes walk to downtown with all the restaurants. 20 minutes walk to Petra entrance.

The best stay we had in Jordan. The hotel is located on a hill looking down towards the city and Petra - the sunsets from the rooftop bar are spectacular. Other highlights are:
- refreshing pool on the roof
- very friendly & proactive service
- extensive breakfast buffet
- nice & well equipped hotel rooms

Stayed part of a travel group in a triple single with another person. It's all good with a few minor gripes. Food is excellent, service atte tovr and rooms comfortable. Air con responsible, soap dispensers, fridge etc.

The only downsides are the single sheet toilet paper dispenser, the power going out when leaving the room (not great for refrigerated goods) and the safe which was locked and not bolted (and very light to pick up and carry away).

Staff were amazing, especially the roof top terrace guys. The pool looks great and the views are good. Would visit again.

The best place to stay in Petra or Wadi-Musa…. Jordan is full of wonderful places to explore that you would never think of going, or places you didn’t realize were here!… come to Petra and overnight here you want regret it!…

Hands down the best dinner I’ve had since been here ask for RAFAT and AXMON… promise you will get the best treatment!

This is a family favorite for us. The staff is very friendly and accomodating to our children's needs. The pool is on the roof terrace and its views over the Petra mountains are incredible. The food is quite good provided you love Arab food. We are regulars being this hotel the first choice every time we go to hike in Petra.

Petra is a famous archaeological site in Jordan's southwestern desert. Dating to around 300 B.C., it was the capital of the Nabatean Kingdom. Accessed via a narrow canyon called Al Siq, it contains tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname, the "Rose City."

Mohammed the hotel manager is super friendly and helpfull!
