Petra Heart Hotel

The manager was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. He gave us a lot of great advice on Petra, food, taxi etc.. The location is great, a lot of delicious restaurants around, as well as supermarkets. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here in July with my friends and we absolutely loved it. Front desk staff especially were so polite and friendly. It was lovely conversing with both of them. Abdallah was a warm, welcoming host. The room was also clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Would recommend all my friends stay here whilst in Petra as it is such a convenient location! Cant wait to visit again.

Incredibly helpful front desk staff who gave advice on what to see in Petra, local restaurants, and tips. The rooms were clean and modern. Short walk or taxi ride to Petra's visitors center. Would stay again.

Minimal hotel with all comforts: free wifi, free car parking, possibility to buy a lunch box for your trips. Good room with large bed, tv, minibar, shower and cortesy set. Local breakfast with a good choise of food. Staff very kind.

Great hotel and good price. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and gave us a map of Petra and the times it took to see everything and a great suggestion to enter Petra from the back side and hike through the historical city. They even gave us a souvenir key chain which was very nice. Facilities were great, clean, and close to everything. I definitely recommend staying here.

Had a lovely, comfortable one night stay. The reception staff was helpful and generously hung onto our bags while we spent the day exploring Petra. Special shoutout to Abdullah for arranging a local dinner reservation, his Petra tips, and for fielding all my questions!

One of the best hotel I have stayed in my life. Everything there is perfect and professional started from check in where the receptionist was very friendly and helpful then the room was very modern and clean as well as the bathroom was good and high pressure of water and hot water which is not every where in Jordan.Finally, breakfast was very delicious and many options with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Moreover, we got a lunch box which was very good for the way of Petra.

It was an absolutely great experience staying at this hotel. Got two rooms for my family, rooms were spotless clean and beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked beautifully for a hot July day, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, the hotel have a free parking. I would definitely stay there again if I would visit petra again in the future.

Great affordable hotel in the heard of team. Easy to walk to the main gate of Petra in about 10 - 15 minutes. Rooms are basic but clean. Very friendly staff, especially front desk manager

I absolutely love this hotel, the service is spectacular. The receptionist informed us about the hotel and had maps of Petra to help us (Because we were going to visit Petra). The rooms are great and location really is ideal.

The staff of the hotel deserves more than 5 stars. They are very nice and friendly and made us feel really welcomed. The hotel is well positioned near restaurants and shops and quite close to Petra - less than 10 minutes of driving. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall highly recommended.

Just to join the chorus of cheers, Abdullah at the front desk was a wonderful host in the short time we were there. He gave us the best recommendation on where to eat local delicacies, how to enjoy a very calm and special walk to the Monastery, and how to wear the kaffiyeh. The best time was had and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is in a convenient location with clean and comfortable room of a good size. The hotel service was excellent: upon arrival the reception staff showed us the Petra map and offered very helpful tips on how to tour Petra efficiently. We took the advice and were able to visit all of the important spots in Petra on our first day. They also recommended nice local restaurants to try out, which we appreciated. There’s a WhatsApp chat thread set up upon checkin and you could communicated with them easily. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Our family was looking for an affordable place to rest overnight on our two-day visit to Petra.

We were pleasantly surprised by the jovial staff, modern furnishings, and brand new linens.

In-room 🫖 tea and ☕ coffee was a treat, as was the welcoming nature of the staff. They have impeccable English and a great sense of humor.

We decided to play a family board game in the evening and the staff moved the tables in the lobby to make sure we had plenty of space.

Even though we came in the winter, the lobby was comfortable and room’s heater worked well.

This hotel is spotless and updated. I look forward to returning with guests next year.
