Red Cave Restaurant

Very nice place to chill and eat after a long walk around petra, the food was fantastic and flavoursome. Service by abdul was on form and helpful with the menu/food suggestions, so much so i changed my meal on his advice and enjoyed it thoroughly. There are many different seating areas inside and outside so take your pick on where to sit. Will go back again and definitely recommend this restaurant😊👍

The place is really authentic. We had coffee and desert. Both of them were worth it.

Me & my husband had lunch today (17 July 2022) in Red Cave Restaurant after our visit to Petra Archaeological Park. The owner/manager very nice and friendly, he gave us a warm hospitality. Their hummus just freshly made and served. It was THE BEST Hummus I've ever tried (in Indonesia or while I'm in Jordan). Thank you for your excellent service and impeccable taste for both the dishes (Hummus and Boneless chicken grilled)! LOVE!

I just had lunch today around 11.30am after visiting Petra Archeological Park. The restaurant is just a minute away from the main entrance. The manager (owner) is helpful and give us a free cold water. We order Boneless Chicken grill with rice, Excellent choice. He even called our driver to pick up us after lunch. Excellent food, location, and the price is fair. Highly recommended place in Petra city.

Best place to have bedouin food in Wadi Musa. Located 5 minutes away by walk from Petra's entrance, Abdul gives you advice about everything you need and the price for every meal is very good. I strongly recommend Sawani and Mansaf. Tasty food!

Nice Bedouin cuisine served. I must confess that I ordered a second glass of Lemon juice with mint. You can't help it when you just done with Petra trekking.

Fantastic service. Kind attentive waiters and the food is delicious. It is pretty spicy but they are very thoughtful and ask you if you want a spicy version of the food beforehand. Additionally they gave us free pita bread and refilled it once we ate all. We also got tea free of charge. Wonderful place really recommend it.

We loved our lunch and came back for dinner. Every one of our party of seven - including vegetarians and gluten free - thought the food was delicious. The Bedouin red cave salad and the Bedouin Vegetarian dish were amazing. The waiter was great

Such a great meal and brilliant service, highly recommend. The complimentary hummus was delicious! So was the Red cave salad (more like mixed vegetables) and the lamb dish I forgot the name of. Lots of options. Great experience, highly recommended

At the beginning the waiter was a bit rude as we asked him to clean up our table (visibly dirty from previous clients). Then we had an adorable service and great suggestion about dishes'choice that were delicious. We've been offered home tea and invited as guests the day after for another tea.
