The service from when we walked in to leaving has been amazing. Mr Shadi looked after us so well. He defo deserves that manager promotion. Amazing views and food was also outstanding. Thank you all for your kind service.

Friendly staff. Very welcoming and professional. The hotel is a great stay for families and large groups.

The hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptionally kind. The manager tried to accommodate us to the best of their ability as both of our families wanted to stay close to each other. Overall, recommend the place.

FELT LIKE ROYALTY WALKING IN! The staff was AMAZING! I didn’t lift a finger with any of my bags. They were brought to my room along with some complimentary fruit. They have a restaurant with delicious food. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. After dinner Shadi who works there drove us up the mountain to get a view of the city. It truly was one of the rarest experience that we’ve had. We travel a lot so that says a lot how amazing this place is. They also have amazing views from the rooms. For the location and price this is the best in the area!

The hotel has a boutique feel to it and is very clean. The owner and his team can’t do enough for you. The room we stayed in had an excellent panoramic view of the town & the interior was cute. The food on offer was buffet style and very lovely. For breakfast it is the same although you do have a chef on hand to cook you fresh eggs. We had a great experience staying at Sella Hotel.

Great hotel to spend few nights, the facilities, there are nice.
Rooms, restaurant and lobby are modern and look so beautiful.

Good location at the top where you can see nice view over Petra mountain specially during the sunset time.

My favorite place to stay in Petra, view is great to the mountain at night. Super clean and 300MBs+ WiFi. More comfortable and convenient than well known hotels like Marriott and Movenpick castle in Petra.

I loved the room, the bed and pillows were amazing! And the bathroom also was very nice, but most of all, it verry good pressure in the ahower and all the hot wather that you want.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed it. It was a buffet and you paid the entrance fee (10 jod) and you could eat whatever you wanted and how much as you wanted.
I will come bach here!

The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable, it allows you to rest well after walking several kilometers in Petra. I have loved the attention of both Ammar Qatameen and his cousin Kahled, and the rest of the staff such as Sandeep and the manager of the dining room Esmeralda, always attentive and cheerful, have made my time at the hotel a very good experience.

Lovely place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, including an omelette station with omelettes made according to your specification. And the strongest coffee that I've had in Jordan! Decor was great, with a big flat-screen TV in the front room, as well. Option of having a ride to a luxurious Turkish bath, as well, booked at front desk. After a chilly rainy day, it was great to come into the warmth of this place! Big comfy bathrobe, and extra blanket, and plenty of heat. :) When we were checking out at noon, the staff had already packed away breakfast, but went back to the kitchen to give us extra apples to take with us. Nice touch. :)

me and my family were here around 5 years ago in 2014 and we were not disappointed. everything was great, but the best thing was the waiter. he gave us lemonade on our first day and he watched us finish 40 chicken legs. if that waiter still works there i hope he gets a promotion because he did an excellent job. good hotel! 😁

Hotel rooms have the best view of the town! Sunset is beautiful from the room. Staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Rooms are clean and breakfast buffet has variety of food!

Petra is an amazing experience. The Hotel was good but when you are in Petra almost most of the day and evening is spent at Petra. You only come to sleep at hotel. But people at hotel were very helpful. We arrived really late but they arranged us a late checkin. Awesome experience.

Lovely hotel, just a short 30min from the petra visitor centre. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The management was spectacular, friendly and very accommodating. I would advise getting the breakfast and dinner option as both were sensational.
If you are going to spend the day in petra opt for o e of the packed lunches they provide. Water, juice, sandwiches and fruit. Was worth every penny.
In short, would book again in a heartbeat.

If you don't mind being a bit far from the vistors' center (2,5 km) then this is a real good value for money. Make sure you have a room facing Petra. The view of the mountains is great. Rooms have been redone recently. Staff is friendly.

I stayed one night here and it was a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and kind and the breakfast was nice.
The only remark I may make is the standard of the hotel- it may be a 4*hotel at the local standard but it is more of a 3* hotel of the western standard

Really nice hotel. Good services, friendly staff, great wiew of the city. Really clean too. We stayed on the 4th floor, freshly renovated room. All in all, recommended.
