Bautinn Restaurant

I don't have words for this amazing extraordinary experience. My burger was beautiful and tasty, fries were perfect, water was really...wet, exactly how I love it! But the most charming was meeting the waitress, she was perfection incarnate! Give all your tips to this young brunette! Definitely coming again!

We stopped by Bautinn in Akureyri for lunch en route to Reykyavik. We ordered the Crispy Chicken, which was immensely flavorful, extremely delicious and plated in an impressive manner. We also got the Spaghetti Carbonara without bacon, which was creamy and well balanced in its flavor profile. Overall, we greatly enjoyed both dishes.

The service was polite and efficient. The ambiance was good, but the only disappointment was a single fly that kept buzzing on an otherwise positive dining experience.

Tried the fish soup and the Bautinn brisket sandwich with Bernaise and mushrooms. Sandwich was amazing! Crime Brûlée for dessert was nice also.

Our group of four (including two vegans and a pescatarian) found the Bautinn to be a delightful place for lunch. Something for everyone and delicious to boot! Service was prompt and friendly. It was early afternoon and the place was empty, so I can't comment about busier times, but the service was friendly and attentive. I had heard that Icelanders like their burgers "saucy" but saucy tacos were a bit unexpected. Nevertheless, they were unique and surprisingly good. The vegan salad was pronounced "quite good", and the treats afterward were a real hit for all.

Very busy popular restaurant. All our dishes were delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive and fast. We recommend it.

The food was great here! Full bar, good service, friendly staff. Ate here on a Thursday night and the place was quite busy and a bit loud. Overall, I would recommend.

OMG!! We visited 2 times during our vacations in October. I had a burger the first time and beef tacos on the second visit and both meals were awesome. Tried for the first time the Blueberry Mule cocktail and it blew my mind. Had a second one because of how great it was. Service was also a plus and they were very kind and helpful. In a few years when we go back we are definitely stopping by again. Thank you all for the great service and food.

We came recommended by our tour guide that this restaurant serves many delightful foods. I love the pulled pork and lamb meal. The chocolate milkshake is to die for (warning it’s fattening!!) But it’s so worth it! The food came quickly. This restaurant is toasty so ensure your clothes can be removed or you will be over heated - I do love it after many days in the cold.

Downtown Akureyri central to the main shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Very competitively priced food, quality and very tasty. Very fast service and fabulous food, highly recommend.

Very popular place, there was a waiting list on a Thursday. Not a very big menu, nor Icelandic dishes, more of a mix of different cuisines. I got the salad with chicken and was delicious!

Delicious food and very good, quick service. Fair prices. Shortly after being seated, the waitress asked me if I would like to move to a different table with more space, which I really appreciated.

I had the brisket focaccia. Perfect in every way, the best ive ever had. Left me with a feeling of "Wow". I dont usually review places, but today i had to.

It's a really nice place to grab a bite in Akureyri, we had a great experience. Pretty close to the city center, and we walked over after our 3hr whale watching trip to and from the center located also close by.

Came here with an acquitance friend of mine whom we met during road trip!

He's andre, helpful german, who helped us by lending card for petrol gas as my card has some problem. He joined us for dinner

We enjoyed our fish n chip, fish soup, lamb chop and local gull beers!

Such a tasty food! Best in the town! We tried one of the burgers and the waffle chicken and it was amazing!!! Definitely recommend
