The service was really good, I did order the chicken burger but unfortunately we forgot to post the picture, but it was so crunchy and delicious, oh and the deserts so good, rhubarb cake with cream and ice cream to die for, and chocolate cake so smooth and tasty, the woman that served us was really cheerful I will be coming back, if you are close to Akureyri or Dimmuborgir I would strongly advise you to stop and try it 😊

We stopped here for a lunch. All the places very close to the nearby attractions were pricier (it felt like a tourist trap in a few cases) and overcrowded. I recommend Farmer’s burger - one of the best buns I’ve ever had.

Really nice pizzas and hot chocolate with cream. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff.

Delicious food and great service. The waitress was really nice and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful meal with excellent service.

Very nice place and food is delicious, especially the Icelandic kitchen. We tried Plokkfiskur which is cod with cheese and potatoes...my fave! Pizza was looking good also!

The mutton meat soup is amazing. We came back two more times for it. The apple cake is also a must-try

The service here is stellar. The woman server was friendly, quick, and just all around wonderful. Food was great and perfect for a quick lunch passing through. Don't miss it.

Must stop spot! We stopped here to pick up a quick dinner to go after a rough drive. The food ended up being amazing. One of the best burgers and corn flake crusted chicken sandwiches we’ve had. Found out later that all their meat is locally sourced, which is why it tasted so fresh. Along with the food, the staff were really kind and helpful. We had some car trouble, and the owner of the restaurant was willing to come outside and help flag someone down to fix our issue. Definitely recommend!

Delicious food. We are vegetarians and wanted to have soup in the cold weather. They didn’t have it in the menu but upon request they made vegetable soup for us and it was delicious 😋
Vegan burger and sweet potato fries is a must try.

The only bizarre thing was the music. Super American :) the food was fantastic and fast. You can come during lunch and you will find many icelandic people. So all fresh and Yammy.
The now owner is called Ole (he is told to be a great guy....sometimes he is the one saying that)
They have free coffee if you eat there and internet that's actually very good for the guests) the toilet is clean.
All in all a great place for a stop on the way. A super pleasant and lovely surprise. The prices are welcoming, especially considering its level of food served and the atmosphere. Enjoy. We had a starter each and shared a big pizza and it was wonderful.

Interior does not qualify the food. Food and service was excellent and at very reasonable Prices. Nice portions. We were many people and it was handled perfectly. Great variety of food. All in all not a Michelin restaurant but a great price/quality ratio.

3 of us had dinner here on 2 nights. Pleasantly surprised with the good food. We had the Arctic char, the plokkfiskur and today burgers and pizzas. All very nice. Highly recommended.

Pizza was great! Prices are the best we've experienced so far (day 4) on our trip around the island (coming from east). Pizza, salad and multiple drinks ~$70 US

Delicious traditional Icelandic home cooked food. Do try the traditional meat soup! It is the best thing you can eat after a cold Icelandic day. Very nice restaurant staff.

Lovely people, clean washrooms, fancy tea. We had fries ready to go within 5 minutes after they opened at 9 am! And they are really good.

Really good food and the staff is nice and welcoming. I had a Farmer's Burger and it was really good!
