Authenic vibes with delicious, traditional food. Peka was really good and we had the freshest local salad that we ordered twice. The view and the location were so nice and we had a great chat with the owner. Highly recommend!

We ordered grilled tuna and home made pasta with truffle sauce for main dishes, 500ml white wine, and cake of the day as the dessert which today they have the cheese cake. Food was amazing, service was good, atmosphere was lovely🫶 Those that I ordered only cost €54. Definitely will go back here again.

One of the best meals we had in Hvar. The Peka (stew of lamb and veal with potatoes, carrots and onions) had to be pre-ordered as it had to be slow cooked over charcoal for 2-3 hours. This was a recommendation from a friend who rated it as his top meal in his Croatia honeymoon, and having this really delicious meal amongst the abandoned village ruins in Hvar is quite the experience. The Peka was full of flavors and I would have it in a heartbeat again. Reservations only, call and make one and pre-ordered the Peka and have it with their own made red wine. Chef and the waitress was so hospitable! Please go!!

The place is located in Konoba Stori komin Malo Grablje. To get to the cafe you have to reserve a table in advance. The cafe specializes in peka, dishes that take more then 4 hours to make. Once you get here, you would be able yo walk around and see old mills and buildings.

A family run konoba with beautiful views. There was a concert in the church we could hear in the background that just added to the atmosphere

Very delicious food, good wine and amazing scenery. It was a bit difficult to find the place at first as one has to pass through the ruins first.

Incredibly unique dining experience for everyone in our group. The food was all tasty. Eating a meal in an abandoned village is worth doing. You must contact beforehand to book.

The owner Bertie is a legend. Has been running the place since 2005. Us hikers had a memorable drinks-infused afternoon with a delicious meat platter off the bbq.

A beautiful location with even better food and people. We had the amazing Hvar gregada (reservation needed) and the steak, with some local white wine and delicious rožada in the end. They even offered homemade grappa from local herbs. Prices are really good, the quality of the food is 10/10. Thank you very much for this delicious experience!

We were fortunate to be led to this restaurant by our hiking guide after a gorgeous (long) walk from Hvar! Having lunch in the abandoned village, set in the beautiful canyon, was a unique experience that we will always remember! Service was friendly and efficient, and we enjoyed the meal of local specialties, especially the slow-cooked meat and root vegetable dish, “peka.” Perfect with a cold beer!

I wish we had food here, but we only stopped for a refreshing drink. The owner was the happiest human I have ever had the pleasure to meet, and his family was so kind! The family history is so interesting and the view cannot be beat!

A very authentic experience, so memorable sitting amongst the ruins, drinking home made wine, tomatoes from the garden and veal and beef cooked for hours in the traditional way. A must if you are in Hvar! Make sure you pre-order the food and it is cash only.

Wow! One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to! It’s located in an amazing old abandoned village and the setting is just incredible. It’s family run and both the service and food were amazing. They specialize in meat dishes and the mixed grill was delicious. It’s small, so book a table in advance and you won’t regret it!

An absolutely sensational location, atmosphere and visual appeal. You couldn’t find a more romantic place to stumble upon. We were only stopping for a drink, and wished we had eaten there too, as the food looked very good. But the ambience is incredible, and the owner is a real character, very friendly, and his family run the place. Don’t miss it, the surroundings are incredible, and it’s a truly unique and rich experience.

Very friendly staff who offered us some homemade wine which was very tasty. The location is magical, it is located in an abandoned village surrounded by beautiful mountains. Cash only. I recommend booking early because it gets quite busy sometimes and the day we visited we only had drinks (they were fully booked for food).
