Shop is great. The parking bandits take no prisoners go over time by a minute or so, and your problems begin. Poor show.

We often visit the instore coffee shop when we have our Granddaughter. She loves a cake and it's very child friendly.

Excellent store , well worth a visit. Cafe is great value with polite and friendly staff.

I love Dunelm especially the new shop layout. It has a good selection of household items and the prices are gòod my only grouse is it's location, too far out of town.

It was good everything everywhere, but we did get what we needed I can also recommend the cafe in here we had a lovely drink and a lovely cake .

Dunelm do decent products are reasonable prices. They also have a few high end and low end products.

They also have cafe upstairs to sit in while your partner looses their mind over lamps or some other stuff.

Top tip, upstairs they have a pile of internet returns which are reduced. Great to have a little rummage around in.

Visited the cafe today. The two ladies were run off their feet, so short staffed. Someone complained about table clearing, cleaning. These ladies, one I think was Amanda were rushing about trying to serve and clear the area. Just wanted to say how lovely the staff are in there. Please think of the difficulties that arise when other work colleagues off. This kind of work is hard work . These ladies still carried on. Thank you for our lunch, with a smile.

I went on Tuesday with express mission of collecting a mop my wife wanted me to buy on the way home. I was unable to find the said mop and enlisted the help of Abdul. And I must say nothing was too much trouble for him, super helpful and he was really polite. Employees like him are hard to find!! Look after him Dunelm.

Pleasant staff food is good and not too much

Went into store yesterday to get some much needed things as we have just moved house, they had everything we went in for in one trip. Very impressed with the range of products and staff were all very friendly, when we got to check out the lady was able to have a joke with my fiancè and I which made it go so much smoother and quicker. Will definitly be back again for some more homeware once we are settled into our new home more!

If you are starting a new home, you can buy everything you need. I always buy my bedding from this denelm, as they are good quality and reasonably priced. They have a good coffee shop, as well. On the top floor.

Katleyn is a fantastic member of staff, she was the only member of staff that seemed to know what she was doing. Every department I went to she was called over to help. After she already found the matress I wanted then the protector then the quilt and bedding. She was needed to get it all through the till and then she was called by staff to help get in my car. She was amazing! Promotion needed!!!!

The store was busy but not crowded when we visited. Many of the restrictions within the store had been lifted making it easier to navigate the store and there was more stock. Despite the lifting of the restrictions it was good to see that everyone was still wearing their face masks and maintaining social distancing.
