One of the best go outdoors shops. Very helpful customer service. Matt in particular really helped us out with a new camping setup. Helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks for going the extra mile Matt

We were helped massively by Ashley today and his colleague Ollie.

Ashley helped myself and our daughter each pick a walking pair of shoes to meet our requirements. His knowledge was excellent on the different brands and the pros and cons of each product. There was plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble. Their in-store stock levels were good and there was plenty of time and space to try out different shoes.

The only slight niggle for me is having to sign up for their discount card to unlock the best prices, but at least their discounted prices are geninuely cheaper than other places. It's £5 per year to sign up which I don't mind as there is a good net saving.

But overall the products and most importantly the service is superb. There is huge range of products so we will be back and I highly recommend a visit for all your outdoor needs. My daughter is happily running around the garden in her new shoes as I write this!

Staff were very helpful and they had some fantastic offers on, need any advice just ask! Popped the tent up quickly as a trial run before we head off!

Always easy parking, everything in store well labelled, good stock.
Staff at till were extra helpful, sorting out a query I had, due to the queue I created they quickly opened another till.

Great selection of stuff for all sorts of outdoor activities from big brands to cheaper alternatives. The store is huge also and well late out. Even got to meet Ross Kemp there!

Store is very well presented. Staff were busy with work and weren't standing around. They were incredibly helpful when I was asking questions. The extra 15% off sale that they had on meant I purchased everything I needed for my camping trip in one visit.

I would recommend purchasing a go outdoors discount card & opt in to the emails as they often have great deals you would normally miss.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Huge range of camping and outdoor pursuits clothing and equipment. Good prices with a £5 per year discount card; easy to get your £5 back in savings, especially with their occasional "better than half price" and bundle deals.

Great experience today.Found the coat I wanted priced at £160.reduced to £144 if membership purchased for £5. At checkout I asked if there was likely to be a sale soon but better than that the assistant named CHAIRS searched the internet and found it for sale at £102 so my final bill was £107 a massive saving of £43.
An excellent example of friendly and efficient customer service and shops competing with the net.

Really big shop with lots of everything on display, advice from staff, 30 day returns policy (to try out INDOORS) and excellent prices if you join the free membership scheme. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

Good range of clothing but haven't always got the popular sizes, but helpful staff.

Really helpful staff, great prices (if you have the discount card) and a great range of products. It's conveniently placed just off the A14, with other shops shich as B&M's, and Dunhelm a short walk away, as well as KFC, burger king and costa.

Has lots of lovely items - clothing , shoes, and camping items - also had a sale, so it was worth the visit

Excellent customer service from a lady (apologies, I didn't get her name) but she sorted me out a Coleman 3mx3m event shelter that was on offer. She had seen one out the ( and I quote) "corner of her eye" amongst all the boxes of the latest delivery. Hun, I thank you very much. You made my day!

Great selection of products. Store very neat and tidy. Everything seemed nice and in order. Only slight let down is the price of things, was a little bit of a shock, but maybe that’s just me!
