Portman Road Stadium

I have nothing but love, admiration and respect for this great football club and its supporters. I watched the Championship match against Sunderland AFC and the atmosphere was electric from start to finish.

The legroom on my seat wasn’t in abundance but I love the fact that the seats are slightly elevated so my knee was hitting against the back of the seat in front of me.

Parking is available opposite the stadium 🏟 but getting out of the car parks after the match is the greatest headache of all.

I really love this place and I cannot recommend Ipswich Town FC high enough. I definitely would like to return.

Nice ground with a very large fan zone. Lots of food and drink options as well as activities for children

We were welcomed here for the FA Cup game between Ipswich and Maidstone United.

We were in the disabled area and the support from Lee and all of the stewards was amazing. Felt completely supported and looked after throughout the game, this is the standard all football clubs should be setting!

Great atmosphere and good crowds. One of the rew grounds that you always feel safe. In or out of the stadium. Take your kids. They will love the experience.

visited withv Stepson to watch football beteen WBA an Ipswich Town. great day, managed to park outside ground, and treated ourslves to an overpriced priced burger and chips. great atmosphere, Championship football match between two high flyers so was pretty much a full house. NO tension , between fans gound was easilyaccessed from car park, i'm disabled, can not walk too far but a five minute walk on the flat was very welcome, parked in Portman Road. tea and coffee inside th ground was shocking!! bad taste, so we swopped both tea and coffee for the Black fizzy drink!
which the canteen staff did without fuss. the seats were a little close view was excellent with clear sight of the whole pitch from V1 area. all staff we ancountered were friendlygood exit from gound after clear traffic routes out after the game. very enjoyable experience, Lots of women there ,which was good to see.

Very well maintained and managed. Could have done with a few more goals and red cards! Obvious signs of investment and care for the whole event and focus on the spectators and fans.

Had the most amazing time back at Portman Road for my first home game in 20 years against against Plymouth this past Saturday, also bringing my wife and kids to their first ever Ipswich Town game and what a performance by the players, exceptional 👏

It's just a family friendly football club, a great place for the young and old to enjoy football.

Home of Ipswich Town FC. The pride of East Anglia. Stadium has 30,000 capacity. Ipswich currently play their football in the championship.

Nice town centre stadium, though ready for a makeover. I have a been a Ipswich fan for over fifty years so I am not unbiased.
