Toolstation Ipswich Whitehouse

What made my experience great was Pauline at the Ipswich Whitehouse Toolstation.
She has a full-on can do attitude and is only interested in helping... every time, thank you Pauline so much x
Tha branch has adequate parking, counter access, staff serving and stock choices.

Visited the store various times and the branch is always neat and tidy. The staff always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. On our last visit Pauline was extra helpful, showing us how to measure a cylinder for a barrel of a lock so we wouldn't buy the wrong one. Sincere thanks Pauline. We'll be back again soon 😀

This was the best experience I was searching for a table saw. The website had shown that 2 were in stock. I spoke to a Lady Called Pauline who was fantastic. Good chat friendly and accurate. Well Done Toolstation you can have my cash.

Michael was as usual very helpful in locating an item for me and arranging collection at another branch. He effortlessly sorted out a complicated situation, mostly of my own making

Extremely helpful young lady. When stock not available in store she offered a delivery alternative which another branch hadn't t offered. Store was clean and tidy too and uncluttered.

Served by Beverly and Pauline and the amazing Alistair (who should be running the store because hes awesome)in the whitehouse ipswich branch.
I been coming here for years and these three always sort me out with no issues.
Very friendly and a good laugh while serving me.

Excellent service, wouldnt go anywhere else. Always ready to help and answer any questions. Pauline has helped me most times with the 100 questions I go in with and always helps find the right bits I need. Great store and staff!

I've ordered loads of items off them over the last few months and good service every time. Recently returned a few items that were purchased months ago and not needed, they refunded with no problem at all.
Highly recommend.

First time in there. For me a real treat. Staff (Larna) had been really helpful, showed an interest in my project, and very professional having some humour in our conversation. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Cheeky devil, she even sold me a saw to cut down my 3 mtr pipe when I found I couldn't fit it in my car.

Very helpful and friendly staff given the stress and extra workload the staff are under during the Covid-19 outbreak, Toolstation's social distancing measures work extremely well and collection of my items went seamless. It was a pleasure to visit your store. Thanks to all employees for your hard work in the current circumstances.

I went in hot and bothered and not 100% sure what I wanted. Josh could not have been more patient and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable too.

I had the worst experience today in screwfix to be greeted by Pauline what great customer service definitely using this branch in Ipswich, above and definitely beyond keep the good work up

This branch has always provided an excellent service but they continue to excel in these difficult times. The click and collect service is both safe and efficient. What a great team!

Called in about 5.20pm had to queue about 5 mins, when I was served I had the usual very kind and friendly service. Staff (Pauline) are always polite and welcoming.

Always got what you want and value for money and best of all friendly happy staff .just been in again 11/10/21and the same fantastic staff ,got what you want and always smiling thankyou Pauline 😊.

Always great service from the staff, pretty decent products that are generally always in stock. During the pandemic patience is needed but the service has remained A1.
