A nice range of prepared sandwiches.
Books and stationery and electrical items.
Lots of tills, self service and scan as you go.
It’s great that you can buy a large range of items under one roof.
Great place to go to do your weekly shop :)

Staff are amazing and friendly, usually has everything in stock and as per usual with asda loads of amazing deals and offers always on.

I cannot express how helpful Gary at the bakery was. I called up last minuet as I was in bury st Edmund’s (note customer service in bury could do with some work) but called Ipswich and spoke with a lady who’s name I didn’t get but also super helpful, to get a photo cake printed on Wednesday and gary stayed at the store long enough for me to drive over and get the photo cake done. Thankyou so much.

Well laid out. Plenty of choice as in clothes, food, electrical, photo printing and computer accessories + ink cartridges and cafe and more

Had some fun and games with a handset scanner this evening, but the staff were so nice, helpful and good humored, it made all the difference. Thank you to the lady on customer services and the two ladies on the self scan checkout area.

Wow super service today, my son came in store to buy a shirt for his first ever job, whilst in store he lost his money, the staff kept him calm and tried to help him find it, when it couldn’t be found they did more than anyone would ever image and he came home with the shirt and a gift card. thank you so much customer services and namely Paul, thank you so much and happy Christmas.

A nice large store with plenty of choice. Probably one of the largest around and the parking is for 3 hours so plenty of time to shop and look around at the other shops too

Basic Asda, has everything you need (and everything you don't) The staff are always friendly here and happy to help. Loads of stock availability and plenty of car park spaces as well as petrol. Seems pretty clean with sanitisation stations and lots of space to distance. Not had a negative experience here.

Didnt realise the bakery closes at 8pm to do the cake printing but an amazing kind staff memeber Sarah was just leaving and went back to print it for us. The priny also wasn't beinh easy and messing up for her. Thank you so much for making my birthday 🌟

We went to Asda specifically to exchange an item bought on line. The store wasn't too busy so social distancing was mainly adhered to. As usual, the store was well stocked and clean. We easily found the items that we needed and whilst the item that we needed to exchange was out of stock the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The staff are always friendly. I have seen the cashiers get verbally abused by customers.
We are all in the same boat and manners don't cost a penny.
The only criticism I have since covid the management seem to stay in their offices leaving the poor staff to handle the abuse

I was down in Suffolk for a funeral on Friday and then the petrol crisis hit. I was very worried I would not be able to get petrol to get home and tried Asda on Saturday morning just after 9am. I would like to thank the three staff, two women and a man directing traffic to the filling station and also the lady in the kiosk. They all had smiles on there faces and made the process all very quick and simple. I hope this will be passed onto them. I tried to find an email address for the Manager, to write to them directly but could not find one. Thank you so much to all four of the staff.

This shop is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, products are cheap and always well stocked. Especially during the pandemic - it’s always been handled well here. I am disabled and get help shopping, I’ve been told at other shops I am not allowed in. Never been told this at this Asda. They are fabulous! 10/10

Went on Saturday morning so really busy with shoppers. Despite this the staff were very helpful. Prices and range of products excellent, as you would expect from ASDA. Friendly lady at the checkout called Corinna

Not very tidy, things in the wrong place most of the time. The vegetable section is badly built and things are sometimes rotten or past use by/best before dates. Staff are usually nowhere to be seen. The "make-your-own-pizza" section is a very good one however. I think that is probably the only well liked and functioning part of the shop.

Asda is great value food and clothes. The only downside is the parent and child parking seems to always be filled with people who don't have children :(

Ideal location very near to motorway, clean area good parking and petrol station. Also good all round spacious store, helpful staff and reasonable prices and discount offers. Fresh foods and well stocked freezer foods at good prices. Well worth shopping at this store.

The only complaint I do have is that there could be more tills open. But you could find that is the case anywhere in these times.
