The Range

Lots of stock and lovely displays. A very helpful staff member in the garden section advised me on their products. They have some lovely Christmas items including a multi coloured Christmas tree. That's the first one of those I've seen!

I had an issue when I got to the tills as a bag I'd chosen came up as £5.99 instead of the £2.33 marked on the shelf where I'd got it from. I asked them to honour the price displayed and they said it was against their policy. I argued this and the manager showed me the label on the shelf wasn't actually matching the barcode of the item I wanted. In fact there was no label for that item anywhere. They apologised that it wasn't properly marked and I left with the bag paying full price.

To be honest, I was rather rude to the staff at one point and I apolgised to them for that and suggested they display their store policy - in store. They were very good about it and I can't fault their service. I apologise once again and thank the staff for their professional attitudes.

Good quality home wares, crafting materials, and now lots of camping and picnic items. It's very busy at moment but all the tills are open. I'm just having a quiet coffee moment before joining the queue. I like the coffee shop best. Lovely selection of food, including children's meal deal. And really nice staff that always helps. Sometimes I come here just for the coffee and cakes mmm

Now that the shops are open again and we're all finding things to do we decided to walk to the retail park (about 5km). A friend had been busy during lockdown and organised her dry good (porridge, lentils, flour etc.) and I thought it was such a good idea that I went around the shops at the retail park to find similar Mason jars. After comparing the prices between The Range and other shops, The Range was the cheapest and did the best (nice looking) Mason jars. I original wanted only a couple but I ended up buying 8 for £2.99 each! Cheap as chips!!! My under-stairs cupboard has never been as organised.

Also the cafe looks good and I'll be trying it out once it opens.

Love this ‘The Range’. The last two times I’ve been there, the staff on till were great. They were friendly and overall gave me great customer service. The layout is easy to navigate and it’s very clean and organised in here too! Definitely recommend 👍

Love this store, friendly and helpful staff, toilets are so convenient when you have kids! The Cafe was busy and the lady was run off her feet but she was friendly and welcoming and nothing too much effort. My only feedback is the lack of price labels generally.

Has lots of craft supplies and many Christmas decorations

Helpful, polite staff. Well stocked shelves. Plenty of choice. Nice home decor items with a large choice of wallpapers and home furnishings. I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures and decorative items. I particularly liked the candles and candle holders. I was helped by a member of staff to find cable tidies and I was shown all the different types they had in stock and I was talked through how they could be used to resolve the issue of unsightly wires. I was pleased with the results. I thoroughly recommend the Range.

Visited the range today, as usual, the doors have been changed so that you are able to enter by one door only and exit by a different door. There is hand sanitizer available at the entrance and this whole system works extremely well. The store is well set out, clean and well stocked making an enjoyable trip.

Collected garden furniture after Hollie rang me as promised when the chair was in stock. True to her word the parcel was labelled up and 2 members of staff put it in my car for me. Staff all polite and very considerate. Well done on customer service. Excellent from choosing to collection. Would definitely recommend The Range!

A selection of places to suit many ages and needs. From trampolining, outdoor equipment, craft, sweets, drinks, furniture,home decor, branded toys from toy shop, carpets. Carpark is busy but plenty of space if willing to park further away. Now has a Costa, burger king and KFC.

Only popped into The Range and Go Outdoors, both well stocked and not busy for a Saturday

We have used the store for a few years and today I checked to see if a £2 item was available. So the assistant Jo checked on the stock , but was not sure, so she rang me to say there was an alternative piece available. All that for a small item. Thank you Jo and The Range.

Good selection of very reasonably priced goods for the whole home/garden/pets/DIY/gifts and so much more. Lots of things under one roof so very handy. Not all top quality but good enough for what you pay. Well known brands and some not so well known.

Really good quality products at great prices. Nice unusual things to buy and a wide range of Christmas decorations. Bought some scented fir cones for decoration and the fragrance lovely. Love this shop.
