My daughter and I recently went to Currys PC world in Ipswich and we were looking for a laptop but not quite sure on which to choose or where in the shop to look. Then a salesman named Adam asked if we needed help and we said yes... The salesman man had so much great knowledge on laptops that we were so suprised and happy. We now know which laptop to buy and we are very grateful to Adam.

Actually a busy Monday in this store, but was acknowledged and when helped by Alexanna, I was overwhelmed by her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness, an absolute asset to this Currys store, equally had some additional help from David, who was clearly the go to person in this store for any challenges despite not being part of the management team, he absolutely should be,, another absolute asset. Thanks both, it was a pleasure.

It is always an adventure shopping at Currys as there is so much to grab my attention. The staff are friendly, most helpful in finding exactly what I am looking for at the right price. It is an enjoyable experience that makes it such a fun time. I encourage you to try it, you won't be disappointed.

Allways nice to be able to pick up and feel new products. Popped in to take a look at the selection of Bluetooth speakers and try them out. They have come on so far now. Alex connected and the Bose one's sound soooo good, pity they're out of my price range. The JVC on special seem good but unfortunately the 30w one was not on display to hear 😒
I will definitely keep going back to browse. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean premises, well done PC World 👍

Excellent customer service, lots of attentive staff to help. Have visited many times and always a positive experience. Staff of all ages but really lovely to see some young faces, shows that they aren't all hanging around on street corners getting drunk and these guys obviously want to achieve and are very experienced and helpful. Last purchase was a ring doorbell, the salesman knew all there was know about the product and we are very happy with it. Great to have a shop where we can look at products before we buy, we will all soon moan if they go out of business and we no longer have places to see what we want to buy.

Had a great experience at curry’s, service was brilliant. Alex Anne was so polite and lovely to speak to, helped me with my purchase very much.

Shoutout to Rob! A friendly staff member to talk to and very knowledgeable. Got exactly what we needed. Even went out of his way to look for a game we wanted 3 times and also purchased a ring doorbell camera!

Bought a TV on Sunday, and when trying to set up, I found the remote did not work properly. Got excellent service from Customer Services and had no issues when replacing with new tv

Easy click and collect, just pull up and wait. Good social distancing observed

Recently had to buy a new TV from this store.
Great experience from Ana how served us. Benefits and negatives of TV choices were clearly explained. Credit term also clearly explained too. At no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase which made the experience even better.

This Curries store gets 5 stars as the staff were fantastic and so helpful. I would give the company 0 stars though as there is very little out of store help or customer service available. You shouldn't have to go into a store to talk about what phones they sell. You should be able to just call them. But the store itself were brilliant
