Omniplex Cinema Ipswich

Always a range of films on offer and options to watch in DBOX or 4D with some. The sound system and surround sound is incredible and adds another level of immersion when watching. Even the basic seats are super comfortable and the screen is placed well so as to not cause neck pain or strain whilst watching.

Have been to the cinema there many times over the past few years and I have to say what a fantastic place it is staff are friendly nothing was to much trouble and enjoyed the visit s there …. now it’s being closed for gods sake first decent cinema since the original odeon & abc cheers Omniplex thanks for nothing

Great cinema spotlessly clean and great comfortable seats good choice but have to pay extra to cancel a film even though I pay monthly to access the cinema and can't book sofa due to membership could be so much better

First time at the empire and I was impressed by the customer service, range of food and drink choices, very clean and tidy everywhere plus the seat I was in was very comfy (the recliner). I would highly recommend going to this cinema for a treat.

Ipswich Empire is the best place to watch a film in Ipswich! We always book recliners for that little bit of extra luxury. Feet up, popcorn, a drink and sit back and relax.... Only fell asleep once and that was immediately after a family Christmas dinner (The film was Cats - so excusable).
Always the latest releases. Very comfortable auditoriums, good quality picture and sound. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Experienced great customer service this evening when my daughter fell ill just before the movie started. The team gave vouchers to enable us to return when she’s well again. We were so looking forward to the Barbie movie. Thank you. 😊😘

Very nice, newly refurbished building. A great cinema, nice and central to town, with parking in the car park underneath The Buttermarket.
Excellent vicinity with restaurants and other entertainment in the same shopping centre.

Always good, comfy seats, good screens and loud sound. Only thing I would like to see would be the lady selling ice cream during the intermission :)

Great experience as usual, used the impact screen this time, watched the jurassic world film. Was great! Because it was after 4pm we got our parking validated as well which is a bonus. Staff friendly and available everywhere. Will return!

The cinema is clean, the staff is friendly and they have many options for snacks. I recommend it!

Great cinema ,amazing customer service from all members of staff however I must comment on one staff member in particular Sophie the service I received was above and beyond .
