Ordered online and collected within a couple of hours. Grabbed some stuff whilst in the store, and it all went quickly and smoothly. Helpful staff.

Ordered item on line, to be collected from Ipswich North. Arrived there from warehouse in just under 24hrs. Informed of its arrival and had collected within hour with item installed 2 hours later. Great service and excellent price.

Ordered on click and collect, all went smoothly had text when ready to collect. Went up 2 metre distancing was applied, staff very friendly and helpful. Good experience in these unusual times.

Over the weekend I needed to visit ScrewFix branches in both Ipswich (Whitehouse) and Bury St Edmunds.

Nahidul, ScrewFix in Ipswich was patient, helpful and polite whilst searching drawer sliders on the system for us and
Vini, at ScrewFix Bury St Edmunds, too when she continued the quest.

Sadly they couldnt supply on this occasion but did help us with alternative outlets to consider.

Nahidul and Vini offered excellent customer service and ScrewFix should consider themselves lucky to have such 'shining' team members.
