O2 Shop London - Kensington High St

I was satisfied enough. Had to go to the shop to collect the new SIM card (having been transferred from Virgin mobile to O2, and since the change didn't happen automatically 😔). It was busy on a Wednesday afternoon and I had to wait, but then a couple of customers in front of me gave up so my turn came quite quickly. The guy wasn't so helpful at the start, although once he understood my frustration of being without a SIM and that the guy he made the call to from the phone of the shop wasn't helping me, he supported me and pushed back at the agent on the phone. Finally, I was able to get my new SIM and all was solved. Thank you for your patience!

I spend nearly an hour waiting for an old lady to decide what kind of phone to buy and on what kind of contract to go. Honestly, it was really annoying. The staff on the other side was really nice, and they were trying all their best to help and calm the clients that were waiting in the shop. Probably, I was not lucky enough that day 🤔

Came in and spoke to Tom. I think he was the manager what and amazing efficient man dealt with my on going problem with 02 not taken payment for my Air time just my device I had spoken to several different people over a course of 4 month trying to get my account put to right but to no avail after be with Tom for 20 minutes he accomplished was it has taken so many people months to try and put right so thank you Tom your absolutely fantastic

Virgin-O2 are one of the best, if not the best all around, let's not forget they were the first to keep the UK customers monthly allowance and Roam just like at home, all over Europe, generous and fair to their customers, and for that they deserve every customer on the land, I have also found the customer service very efficient and helpful! Thank you!

Needed an esim card, the lady at the counter was fast and efficient. Within 10 minutes the cell phone was up and running. Great way to avoid the roaming charges ($15 a day) from my cell provider.

Perfect place to go to get updates on new products and services. The guys in here are so helpful. I changed my tariff to a better alternative while eyeing up the new iPhone as a replacement forthcoming. I’ve been an o2 customer for years and won’t do anything different!

So I saw Engin in the o2 store and he was most helpful with the purchase and setting up of my new iPhone 14. He really is knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. He took the time to explain everything. I’d really recommend these guys as a preferred place to go for mobile products and services. I upgraded on a great deal as I’ve been a customer with them for about 20 years.

I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgable chap (Jimmy) who steered me towards an iPhone 12 mini which is small but has a bigger screen than my ancient iPhone 5s. Shop was busy but I didn't feel rushed as Jimmy answered all my questions and brought boxes of his 3 suggested phones after I had told him the kind of thing I was looking for.
Nice shop, nice staff.

This store has amazing staff. When I was on vacation to London my mobile phone charger broke and I desperately needed a new one The staff was friendly and helpful. I thank you guys.

though the store is not my nearest. And such a nice man.

After number ported to O2 Sim, iMessages and FaceTime stopped working with ported number because ported number could not be verified. O2 staff resolved the problem by issuing new sim.

Fast efficient service. No up selling, just dealt with my enquiry. Thank you.

Great service. I have to thank particularly Ayo for her great help to set my new account. This is what I call 5 stars customer service!!! A real gem in that store.

Store Manager Kabil went out of his way to help myself and my Mother whilst upgrading our new phones. O2 are lucky to have such a Star Player on their team. Excellent communication skills and excellent manners. He didn't rush us and gave us great advice. On a different note I must mention the stores physical condition. Possibly Head Office have forgotton that the stores location is........ High Street Ken not ..... Willesden High Str. I very much hope O2 head office give Kabil a new budget for a clever store refurb as the interior and furniture is looking very very worn.

Excellent service. Got a great upgrade in-store, and you could tell the clerk was trying to get me the best deal for my needs.
