Had a problem with my delivery from our local Waitrose via Uber Eats only 7 out of the 17 items i paid for were delivered. I went to the store to see if the matter could be resolved and initially spoke to a manager Syed who had a poor attitude, quite abrupt at one point and showed no care of the situation, felt he was just palming me off.

However Aymen overheard the situation and said he would try and look into it a bit further to see what happened (it appeared he was working on the Uber orders) Aymen and his colleague were very nice and polite.

Quite disappointed at the Manager but Aymen had excellent customer service skills, listened, explained what Ubers processes are/ what we should do and did what he could within his capacity to show some understanding and acknowledging the inconvenience it caused to us. This means a lot from a customer service point of view and he showed more leadership skills and demonstrated great initiative.

Had it had not been for Aymen i would be writing a 1 star review but the 5 stars is down to Aymens and his colleagues nice attitudes and great customer service.

This is the ONLY waitrose i will ever visit! It is amazing customer service wise and always have exactly what i need and if it isnt in stock i always double check and they somehow manage to find it! I know the workers there really well and we love catching up with eachother! 10/10 cant recommend enough!

The staff are amazing especially Clare on the fish counter and her assistant,,
They are so full of knowledge and always give you the best advice on what fish is the most suitable for whatever occasion

Waitrose is a really good shop and they have some good offers before Christmas
Strange this branch was a bit shirt on fresh veg but guess being Saturday they are being careful about food waste

This Waitrose store is outstanding. The customer service is excellent and the store has a full selections of everyday and gourmet items.

It is a huge Waitrose store at High Street Kensington. The staff are very friendly and polite. They have a wide range of vegetables,frozen food section and hot food sections. Also they have a very rich seafood section as well. The products are very fresh and taste. The prices are a bit higher than the Tesco and Lidl but serve high quality

The machine charged me double the amount. I met Sonia the manager and she sorted out the issue for me very quickly and professionally. I got a full refund and a £10 voucher. I look forward to shopping here again. Many thanks to Sonia.

I've always found waitrose a great store to shop in. When iam in Kensington High Street, always pop in for groceries.

While the prices are sometimes more expensive than other supermarkets I can't fault them on the quality of their meat. Well worth paying that little bit extra to get the best on both their meat and veg. Despite it being smaller than some of their main stores, the selection of stock is still pretty good and I have rarely had to go elsewhere to get the last of the ingredients.

I just googled Waitrose Kensington to check what time it closes tonight. I was surprised to see that this store has only a 3.9 star rating! I was actually surprised that people even wrote reviews about supermarkets, but I couldn’t leave the page without writing that this is, quite simply, the best supermarket in London. It’s the perfect size, not too large and overwhelming, but has everything you could possibly want. Waitrose products are always top of the range as far as normal supermarkets go, but what is key here is the staff. Since I moved to the area, the team at Waitrose have (genuinely) become friends! Angela, Joan, Carmen, to name a few. Everyone from the fish and meat counter to the security man guarding the champagne! Everyone has a smile on their face. Always happy to help. I talk about this Waitrose to everyone, it’s a joy to shop in! See you in 10 mins I need to come and buy some milk!

My favourite place to shop my food supply.

Was here the other day and it looks like it’s recently had a very nice refurb of this store.
Has a fresh meat, fish and bakery counters in store and also a sushi bar.
I was looking for a specific item I’d found online but couldn’t find it in store, spoke to a lovely Irish lady called Joan and she directed me to the right area and found me exactly what I was looking for.
Really very happy with the attention to service from the staff and the amount of choice so very happy and will definitely be using this store all the time now!

Great produce & good quality

Great supermarket, the quality of the food is top end and I love the fresh meat counter. The steaks and meats have been so good. Also the ready meals are excellent pricey but the quality is there. Staff are lovely as well, helpful and professional. I always feel welcomed. There frozen section is the only issue they are having problems with the freezers.

Waitrose is Superb our no1 place to buy our groceries and other bits. The quality of food is definitely worth the price.
Excellent customer service as you would expect.

Well organised to keep social distancing and trollies are cleaned by staff as you arrive. Shop is well stocked and sell by dates are good. Better organised than other supermarkets.

The total refurbishment it's just gone through was a great upgrade and there are more things available than ever before. Best grocery shop in the area.
